Starting with the initial inquiry, they immediately responded and were able to accommodate our schedule to do the onsite visit and quote. The price was extremely competitive as we did comparative shopping and looked at several options. The installation process went really well and we were very pleased with the work. During the installation there was a slight alteration that we had to make to the plan due to our home wiring, and they were very helpful in assisting us to frame up what was required so that we could get the electrical work done, and they patiently worked with us while we waited for the electrical work to be completed.
