Every bottle was carefully packed, separated into smaller boxes so nothing would move, and even individually sealed at the caps. I've never seen that level of attention to detail before. On top of that, Chris went out of his way to help me track down a very specific version of the product I needed, even contacting other stores. He was communicative, honest, and genuinely cared about getting it right. He also included extra items and even additional bottles, which was such a thoughtful surprise. I sent a text to my colorist, the manager. She will not respond. I contacted customer service via email, and the response explained that Madison Reed is not legally responsible for "damage of property" (I paid them to dye my hair, not my clothing), but they'll give me $50.00 towards a future service. As if I'd trust them with a future anything. So, no, I don't have nearly as wholesome a review as they pretend to have values.

From my first day to my last, Drs. Paul and Eric Carniol have been nothing short of consummate professionals. I first met with Dr. Paul a couple times who referred me to his son Dr. Eric who I think is more specialized in ENT plastic surgery. My issue was a random cyst had popped up in a sensitive area - above my left eye. The Drs. ordered me for an MRI and CT and then decided they could operate. I was under general anesthesia and didn't know a thing that happened. Their office is conveniently located attached to Overlook Hospital in Summit so surgeries can be scheduled there. I would 10/10 recommend Carniol Plastic Surgery. No one asked me to do this review. I literally had surgery yesterday, woke up today removed the bandage and it looked amazing!! So I just wanted to do my part in leaving a positive review so others , too, can find the best plastic surgeons NJ has to offer for all their plastic surgery needs! Karen talked to me to see what I wanted and told me she'd be with me right after she finished the girl she was working on. Which was maybe another 7 minutes. Totally I probably waited 20-25 minutes, maybe more but it went by quick & they were so nice I couldn't complain. Now I'm with Karen and she was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and brought exactly that to me. I told her I was a beginner and she understood that. It was amazing how she gave me exactly what I needed and it blended with my complexion perfectly. I couldn't be happier. So thank you Karen and thank you MAC. I'm officially obsessed and will definitely take the drive to come here. Side bar: Because I did come from a MAC counter in Menlo and was disappointed so decided to drive 30 minutes to Short Hills and was satisfied. These MAC girls definitely know their stuff.
