Anyone who had existing credit should have been notified prior to so they were aware of this impending doom and problem. BAD BUSINESS.

When I went initially, the stylist was discussing personal issues with another stylist while cursing as she did my hair. She kept saying, "I don't have enough time!" and asked the receptionist to help her "rough dry". I called the day before to confirm my appointment and they said, "Oh we don't have you down for all that. We need more time". Good thing I called! They seem a little scattered when it comes to scheduling properly. I had a different stylist today named Michelle and I'm thrilled with my hair today. We did a glaze, cut, and blowout with pin curls. I love the color but I want to go even darker next time. I will definitely book again with Michelle! Total time was about an hour and the price was $134 for the services. Such a deal!!!!

I didn't know much about dying hair and they totally took advantage of that. I wanted to dye my hair fully blonde and they gave me a balayage..? I didn't know what dying my hair a different color entailed, so I trusted the salonist. After it was done, my hair did not look much different from how it looked before. The initial balayage was $270 and $100 extra for all the additional bowls of hair dye.. They used a 2 step deep conditioner without even asking me if I wanted it, and charged me for all the products: $40 for the product she used that day, $30 for the following step, and $28 for a leave-in conditioner. She didn't ask me if I wanted it, she just told me to take them all home. I also got a trim which was $75. Paying that much for a minimal difference (nobody I encountered noticed a difference, including my family) didn't sit right with me and after talking to friends/ family, I knew I was CLEARLY ripped off.

I didn't want to part with even one inch of the hair that took me so long to grow back. But the ends of my hair were fried from chemo, and it was something I just had to do. When I walked in to Vicki Popp, I could tell I was the last appointment, and that they just needed to finish my hair before they could go home, but at no point during my appointment did anyone make me feel rushed, unwelcome, or uncomfortable. In fact, my stylist took as much time as I needed to discuss my haircut and what I could do with it to make improvements. Valeria, my stylist, was extremely knowledgable in hair, giving me tips and tricks as she went along. It was clear that she knew what she was doing when we discussed the cut I wanted. Unfortunately doing the exact style I wanted, wasn't going to be possible due to my hair not having grown in enough in the front, and she was honest with me instead of plowing along, knowing that it might not turn out well. After some discussion, we finally settled on a style that would look good and that I liked. She made the process painless and easy, and I actually relaxed! She is engaging and fun to talk to. It honestly felt like I was talking to a friend, and I almost asked her if she would like to hang out sometime, but luckily reigned myself in. She's too good of a hair stylist for me to ruin with my friendship! I definitely recommend this salon. The environment is warm, clean, and friendly, and if Valeria is any indication of the caliber of stylists that they have, then they have amazing stylists as well.

Linda listened to what I wanted, even looked at the pictures and videos I had. After she finished the cut, she asked if it was what I wanted, and she happily made an adjustment to the front of my hair - bringing it to the perfect length. She pulled the hair from the root and it was a tangled mess. It took 2 hours to dry my hair and I had to leave and go to another salon to get it fixed. My scalp still hurts. I lost so much hair. I will never go back to this salon. The woman should be fired. My hair is damaged, dry and brittle. The salon should be shut down.
