Unfortunately, after today's experience, I will not be returning. I had booked an appointment for a color treatment today. After my hair was colored and washed, I was left in the chair with wet hair for over 45 minutes, with no one coming to assist me. I could see my stylist cutting another client's hair, so I went to the receptionist to ask if someone would be drying my hair. She informed me that I hadn't booked a blowout, so no one would be drying my hair. I was taken aback and asked, "So I'm expected to leave the salon with wet hair, in a gown and towel?" She replied that some customers do. I was in shock. I then approached someone else, and when I finally interrupted to ask what was happening, I was in tears from the embarrassment and frustration of the situation. This appointment was a birthday treat that my husband had arranged for me, and it was completely ruined. The owner was kind and apologized, drying my hair himself and offering me a 50% discount, but honestly, at that point, it felt insufficient given how upset I was. I paid, acknowledging the costs of materials and such, but I will not be returning to this salon again.

I have been going to Jenny for years and she always does an incredible job. She takes the time to listen to what I would like done and my color always comes out flawless! She's also really nice, friendly and very easy to talk to during what can be a very long time spent in her chair. Reason - they are very competent AND unlike others use autoclaved, packaged supplies to avoid the risk of infection. Pretty much the same price as elsewhere too. He was a very nice man & gave me two nail tips for free however his nail skills are marginal at best. I really think he tried to give me what I wanted & he said it would be easy based on the photo I showed him which were natural looking active length soap nails. (their English is heavily accented so it is quite difficult to understand them) My nails were much too short, very poorly shaped & uneven& fat in places & he left smears of polish he should have cleaned off around the nails. I chose red polish because the first 2 nail polish colors he selected which he said were natural pink looked anything but natural sheer pink. I left disgusted yet thankful his wife didn't ask for payment because I suspect the cunt would have charged me more. Again go elsewhere.
