As I entered the counter sales area, 2 men sat at the counter staring at their cell phones, complete oblivious that a customer had entered. After standing at the counter for a minute or two, I asked if someone could help me with a question about the converter I needed. Never greeting me or looking up at me, one of the men told me he was waiting on me to tell him what I needed. After explaining what I was looking for, he proceeded to tell me that there was no such thing and said I needed to either change the wall outlet, or rewire the dryer. Clearly he didn't know his ass from a hole in the ground, so I promptly left and went home and ordered the part I needed from Amazon. I had what I needed the next day. What a wasted trip.

I have also ordered online at Kirkland's and you can get free shipping to the store. I also really like that. Returns are easy and I have purchased quite a few things for my home from this Kirkland store. That being said, some of the items in the store are not always quality items. I have found other retailers in the area that actually sell better quality merchandise and more economical merchandise as well. But they are merchandised very well and it is easy to shop there.
