The somewhat large storage tank sprung a leak causing a flood in both the basement of our house and the nearby crypt where the tank was located, under the floor. Keiper staff (Scott and Ethan) came promptly, assessed the situation and ordered the items needed to make repairs and replace the large tank with 2 smaller ones. At that time, the office stated their rep would be at my home between 2 and 4 pm on 8 May. During this conversation, they stated they would be there to work on the bathroom on the 8th, and I had to schedule another appointment for the leak; I was dumbstruck. I stated I live three hours away from the house being worked on. They acknowledged this, and this was the reason for the appointment later in the day. I arrived early on the 8th, awaiting the service call. There was no phone call or any attempt to contact me. I called the office during their business hours only to be told the office was closed and to leave a message. The following Sunday, I received a phone call from the owner of the company, and he was very apologetic. He stated he would reduce the estimated cost and that a technician would be there the next day. The technician showed up for the job as stated. I ended up fixing the leak previously mentioned since the company did not provide a follow-up time. When I finally opened the bill, the cost was the same as the estimate. I was not happy. From my perspective, I was I was blantanly given two falsehoods, and it does not sit well with me. I will not be calling on this company for any future services.
