"Paint" our kitchen cabinets, change to soft close hinges, new countertops and backsplash. Paint our laundry room and replace the floor. Paint and install new front door. So let's start off with... No dumpster. All trash piled in our driveway until my husband asked to get it removed. No port o john. 4 grown men using my guest bathroom and making a huge mess. I had to clean the floor twice a day for obvious reasons. 1st day showed up, no saw horses. We had to loan them ours. Materials to start bathroom did not come in so they had 2 people taking out my cabinets to get primed and painted (they were NOT painters). Took everything WITHOUT marking where it went back. Started painting making a huge mess with wrong brushes. Broke my stove top and scratched my dishwasher. Was told the painter would paint outside in a tent. NOPE. Painted outside with a dust storm going on from our dirt road. Painter kept painting and repainting to the point he was running out of paint and thinned it so much my cabinets looked like CHALK. I had to have another company come and pay $3,500 to fix them. Soft close hinges another problem. Still have 4 cabinets that have not been replaced A YEAR LATER. We did get a $275 refund, but the owner basically told my husband off in a very unprofessional text about these hinges. Bathroom shelves have come off twice now. The 1st time, Jared came back and fixed. This time NOT EVEN A RETURN CALL. Vanities painted are a mess also. We are considering replacing which is a shame because they were expensive vanities. We bought the front door, had it delivered. All they had to do was install and paint. We had to get a new sensor at $50 because one of their guys took it apart after we told him we needed 2 way tape. He also drilled a hole in my new door for no reason because the sensor goes on with tape. Bought my own flooring for the laundry room. Was misquoted square footage needed resulting in me paying for extra boxes at a higher price twice. The only thing that came out nice was our countertops. However they DID NOT INSTALL THEM! All tools, materials mess in my kitchen until I told them to clean it up. Would leave bags of garbage in our house over night and over a weekend with food containers in them. It was supposed to take 4 to 5 weeks and it ended up taking 3 months. The experience we had was not like these other reviews. I think we were the practice house. Beware!!

Do not use them. Call private contractors. Even if your insurance is covering the work do not use…read morethem. They will milk the job and overcharge until there is nothing left. They charged over $30 to take down and replace my shower curtain rod, which was a tension rod, not screwed in. $40for the towel rack! They would leave my house to go to new jobs. I never saw an itemized estimate until they maxed out the insurance. They charged $25k for 4 days work to empty out my contents. That was 5-6 hrs a day and on day 3 they told me there were only 2 items left upstairs but milked it for a full day the next day. Then $25k for mitigation and wanted $29k to hang new Sheetrock on the ceilings, insulate, paint, windows and carpet. A private contractor told me he could have done everything for what they charged for 1 phase.

I am in the midst of a major remediation and reconstruction project with this company. This has…read morebeen a stressful journey, but the staff at Servpro has aided in making this journal less stressful. After being away for a few days the last thing I envisioned is to come home to a houseful of water that destroyed 2 floors of the house. After calling the insurance company, I called Servpro knowing their reputation. After making a call to Wanda at 11 pm within 90 minutes Devon and his 2-man crew began the emergency cleanup. They were on site the first day until 4:30 in the morning getting the drop ceiling and carpet removed. Enter in Frank, Adam and a few other managers to assess the damage then Travis the Operations Manager stepped in. He worked with my insurance agent and was honest and transparent with the damage. His honesty was hard to hear, but he needed to say it so the reconstruction process would be successful. The tile floor, ceiling steps to garage all of the walls and wood floor was gone. So much stuff and so much work was done under Travis' leadership. All of my property not destroyed was treated with care. Everything from a storage basket to coffee makers and fragile china was treated like the magna carta. All boxed and safe and all furniture was moved out of the way. Enter in Dawn who was responsive to get the final drying phase done also helped in this catastrophe. So now that the tile is up the final drying phase is in motion and the next phase will be the reconstruction phase which I have not met anyone from this department yet. So that will be the next part of this review. In sum, if you have a catastrophe ServPro is the place to go for an emergency response, action and care to your event is their priority. Showed up in May and demolished my entire kitchen dining room for a small fire in one corner of the kitchen. Didn't come back until August to replace everything and the workers spend more time sitting on my deck and in my bathroom than working. What should've been finished by June/July is now into October. Not to mention the quality work, uneven cabinets, primer only walls and had to argue about things they destroyed during demolition and replacing it. Never ever hire this company.
