Great place for tea and snacks. Not as loud as most of the other chai places so good place to meet clients or to have small Meetings. Service was good and they have good variety of drinks.

Shagf Coffee is a Dubai-based chain. This one is located in a somewhat dinky plaza, but parking is adequate and the interior is really nice. Plenty of seating and comfy chairs. The menu has a good mix of standard coffee drinks and unique creations. We ordered a karak tea, coconut latte, and carrot cake. The cake was excellent; tasty without being overly sweet. The coconut latte was okay; something I could easily make at home with Torani syrup. The karak tea was pretty good, but weaker than other at places. Service was friendly. Pricing was on par with other similar coffee shops (i.e. not cheap).

The service and drinks were amazing! This was our first visit and we were suggested to try the popular Habibi latte. My friend also enjoyed the Red Velvet latte. We went during their Wednesday happy hour, which was a great deal of BOGO 50%! I usually have milk alternatives and our barista let me know that they use a sweetened cream, so my drink was going to be less sweet. I really appreciated her honesty, and the drink was still super delicious and sweet with oat milk! They also serve real camel's milk in their cooler: available in whole, strawberry, and chocolate. We tried the strawberry and it was definitely a cool experience! It was just a bit thinner than milk. We were too excited to try our pastries so no pictures; but we got the tiramisu, which was so yummy and perfectly balanced with great coffee flavor. The chocolate croffle was super soft, warm, and filled with delicious Nutella. We worked on a group project for over an hour and enjoyed the comfortable chairs and large tables. The wall murals were also beautiful and warm toned. Overall a great experience! We're eager to come back.

Best coffee in Chicago by far! I have tried many, many coffee shops and nothing get this close. Try the Habibi Latte, with the best Pistachio cheesecake ever! Fast service! Beautiful interior with great music.

Shaghf Cafe is the newest tea place open on the oversaturated Roosevelt Road. I think we are over 15 tea places now. Shaghf is nicely decorated and the seats are super comfortable. I didn't see a lot of outlets so I'm not sure if it would be a great place to get some work done. I ordered the Shaghf frappe and my friend ordered the karak chai, zatar croissant and the croffle. My drink was $8 without tax and tip and it was tiny! It tasted good but wasn't extraordinary. The zatar croissant was excellent and came in cute slide out packaging. The cheese croffle was great too and tasted like labneh. My friend said the chai tasted like it had saffron in it. A drink and one dessert will cost you around 20 so it's definitely pricey. I don't think I can afford to come with my family would definitely come back with a friend for some tea and one pastry. It did take us a while to get out drinks even though we were the only customers so if you are in a rush, this place is not for you.

Couldn't get a good click, the chandelier looks lovely

He may have been the only person there and he was able to keep up with the constant influx of customers. I got a hot Yemeni chai as my drink and it was creamy, bold, and flavorful. MOTW's chai is my favorite when compared to other Yemeni shops. It is sooooo good!! For food I got a samosa empanada which was very tasty. I appreciate that they warmed it up for me too. There is an up charge for sauce, which I did get. The spicy aioli paired very well with the samosa empanada. I believe the empanadas are from savory crust.

We ordered choco Turkish cake, baklava cheesecake, and two different kinds of matcha cloud. The choco Turkish cake was tasty. It wasn't too rich. The baklava cheesecake is lighter and it gets a little crispy at the bottom. We got one matcha cloud with blueberry and the other one with coconut water. You can also choose how much sugar you want. Mine was fine with 50% sugar since blueberries are already sweet.

The ambience is unmatched--cozy, welcoming, and full of charm. My husband and I used to live nearby, and some of our favorite memories are walking over on weekends with our pup, grabbing coffee, and sitting out front just enjoying the moment. I recently visited the Elmhurst Craft location for an event and had one of those experiences that just sticks with you. I was chatting with a barista about how much I love (and deeply miss!) the Equinox. She mentioned she was newer and hadn't tried it, but saw it in the recipe book and agreed it sounded amazing--which, for the record, it absolutely is (or was ). A little while later, she came running up to me asking if I was the one talking about the Equinox. When I said yes, she surprised me with an Equinox sticker she had dug up. Such a small, simple gesture--but it genuinely meant so much and made my entire night. To the Brewpoint leadership team: that moment alone earned my loyalty for life. Customer service like that is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. I didn't catch her name, but I was there Thursday, March 19 between 6-8 PM at the Craft location--she was running the sample table and sharing the carrot cake latte (which, by the way, was incredible). Please pass along a huge thank you and some well-deserved recognition--she truly made an impact. And one last thing... BRING BACK THE EQUINOX!! Pretty please

They still had the same coffee menu, seasonal drinks, and baked good offering; but, felt a lot more like a neighborhood destination. The Carrot Cake Latte may be a new all time favorite of mine! It wasn't too sweet but just leaned into the flavor profile enough. My coworker who had the Hot Borealis said it may have been her favorite latte she's tried. I also got the Herbed Goat Cheese Croissant which is familiar yet unique with the pop of savoriness. Overall, this was a great experience as a stop in when passing through the area. Brewpoint continues to have great flavors that leaves a lasting impression. Staff is friendly and pricing is fair.

My highlight is that they have booths. Plenty of tables and seating. Good menu options for lattes, iced, hot, espresso, etc. Reasonable priced and they have 20oz coffee. The service was nice as the girl was kind but she didn't seem to understand me well and she didn't know if the coffee was Turkish or not. Therefore, I ordered an Americano with their homemade pistachio sauce. It was a nice beverage. I also ordered a Turkish bread with ground beef. It too was delicious, hot and fresh. The ambiance is inviting. The pastries and mini to small cake options were quite beautiful. The nose level was very quiet until little ones came in.
