The delicious iced Ovaltine signature drink made the victory absolute though. Loved the relaxed atmosphere of this place so much that I ended up sitting down for a little while instead of rushing off to the store like I had originally planned. Staff were friendly and the music selections were just perfect for enjoying a great drink while the afternoon sun poured in through the front window. I don't find myself in Villa Park too often but I'm looking forward to the next time that I am.

My husband and I used to live nearby, and some of our favorite memories are walking over on weekends with our pup, grabbing coffee, and sitting out front just enjoying the moment. I recently visited the Elmhurst Craft location for an event and had one of those experiences that just sticks with you. I was chatting with a barista about how much I love (and deeply miss!) the Equinox. She mentioned she was newer and hadn't tried it, but saw it in the recipe book and agreed it sounded amazing--which, for the record, it absolutely is (or was ). A little while later, she came running up to me asking if I was the one talking about the Equinox. When I said yes, she surprised me with an Equinox sticker she had dug up. Such a small, simple gesture--but it genuinely meant so much and made my entire night. To the Brewpoint leadership team: that moment alone earned my loyalty for life. Customer service like that is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. I didn't catch her name, but I was there Thursday, March 19 between 6-8 PM at the Craft location--she was running the sample table and sharing the carrot cake latte (which, by the way, was incredible). They still had the same coffee menu, seasonal drinks, and baked good offering; but, felt a lot more like a neighborhood destination. I ended up ordering coffee for my work team and all were impressed by the flavors! I got a Black Americano, Hot Borealis Latte, and the Whipped Carrot Cake Latte for myself. The Carrot Cake Latte may be a new all time favorite of mine! It wasn't too sweet but just leaned into the flavor profile enough. My coworker who had the Hot Borealis said it may have been her favorite latte she's tried. I also got the Herbed Goat Cheese Croissant which is familiar yet unique with the pop of savoriness. Overall, this was a great experience as a stop in when passing through the area. Brewpoint continues to have great flavors that leaves a lasting impression. Staff is friendly and pricing is fair.

The service was alright and the drink came out fast enough. I didn't try any of their food this time but i tried their specialty tiramisu latte which was $7.50 for a small (12 oz). I did get it decaf and that pour was good but unfortunately there was little else in terms of flavor in the drink. I have high expectations for specialty drinks that start at $8 and this fell flat. They could have at least had a cheese foam with stronger chocolate syrup for it. Or even a chocolate foam? The location and aesthetic are nice but i wouldn't go out of my way to return.

It's a beautiful, welcoming place with customized furniture, comfortable seating, and lovely décor. Everything was neat, clean, and well maintained. The restrooms were clean, spacious, and a good size. I especially enjoyed the hot pistachio coffee, which was delicious and nicely prepared. They warm the pastry up for me which definitely made it better. I maybe spent $15 for two drinks and a pastry which was phenomenal considering other places would have been higher in price.
