I strongly recommend you use this office. My husband and I have used them twice, and both times we were incredibly happy at how easy and pain free the whole process turned out. The first time we contacted them because my husband and dog got hit by an SUV as they were walking through an intersection. When we called the cops they said that if no one needed an ambulance and/or nobody was on drugs or alcohol or had a weapon (!) we should figure it out amongst ourselves! A neighbor heard what happened and suggested we give Movses, who she knew, a call. We're so happy we did. Movses was really great. He immediately took control of everything. We didn't have to do anything, really, other than my husband give two reports. His office kept us updated on the developments with our case, but we were otherwise left in peace until we needed to approve the settlement amount. The check arrived as scheduled, and that was that. Until... I got a notice from the court that my driver's license was on hold for not taking care of a fix-it ticket. I went to the courthouse because I thought it was a mistake since I had gone to the DMV a month earlier to deal with it and was told it was all set. Apparently, there was a final step I needed to do in order to take care of this ticket (of which I had no idea; a clerical error on the DMV's part), and so they told me I needed to see a judge. A friend of mine told me the same thing happened to him. He said when he went to court they reduced the fine, but he still had to pay over $300. Naturally, I freaked out. The court was telling me that my fine would be nearly $1000. So I called Movses to see if he had any suggestions. He asked for my driver's license number, and said he would go to court and look into it. Just a few days later, he called me to tell me he dealt with it, and I only needed to pay the court a $25 processing fee. So yeah, we're pretty happy with our Shakarian Law Group experience.
