Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake?!?! You know I was running out the door as soon as I heard they had this. And yes it's limited availability and can only be ordered in store. So make your way down. I hopped in line and was so excited to try out the shake!! You can't order the shake on the kiosk so you do have to order with the employee. I got the shake and the Smokeshack burger with fries. After paying, you wait over to the side. And it did not take long at all. I waited for about 10 minutes. The shake is what took the longest. Great part about being in the food hall, is that there is a bunch of open seating. And its right at the entrance from the garage so if you park there, you have easy access. Now down to the good stuff: The Dubai shake looks just like the picture! The hard chocolate coating on the outside and the signature crunch when you crack the shell! The taste is to die for.. If you've had Dubai chocolate you kind of now what to expect. It's the perfect combination of chocolate, pistachio and crunch from the toasted kataifi. I love it because its not too sweet, so its not overwhelming. You can drink the whole thing! I would suggest asking for a spoon to be able to scrape out all the chocolate-y goodness at the end. And at times the straw is not thick enough for the chunks of chocolate and kataifi. Now the smokeshack burger is delicious as always. The combo of the cherry peppers with the bacon give the burger the perfect tangy, sweet, salty, smoky taste. It really does hit every taste bud and is quite the perfect burger! Your typical Shake Shack, albeit in a luxury mall food court. I came here today for lunch, as I'm in town for work and waiting for my hotel room. I got the regular hamburger, fries, and a cookies and cream shake. They have kiosks to use if you're paying with a credit card or Apple Pay or Samsung Pay I think it was. I realized after that I meant to order the black truffle fries - I love the sauce - and an employee let me pay the $2 upcharge in cash. Great location that is in the food court area of the aventura mall. Quick and friendly service. You walk up and order and then take your food to a table wherever you'd like in the food court. The burgers are so good here. Not too big but not too small either. The signature sauce on them is my favorite. I always get the shackburger and it's fresh and topped with tomatoes , cheese and lettuce. I also got the cheese fries but on this visit they were SOOO salty. My boyfriends bacon cheese fries were also very very salty. We still ate them of course because their fries in general are soooo yummy!! My boyfriend enjoyed his go to meal - the smoke burger. Shack Shack has gone down since Danny Meyer was hands on. I can remember how he and his great staff, people like Sam Lipp at Union Square Cafe, used to look out for the little details to make dining a pleasure at USQ or the Shack in Madison SQ Park. Now that Shake Shack is a public company, they have lost that old Meyer touch. Instead, at least with this Shake Shack in Aventura, its one of the dirtiest most disgusting and slow shake shacks in shakland. For example, I've eaten there first thing and their ordering screen is always covered in fingerprints and dirt.You can see this on the image attached -- is this dirty, smudged and likely human waste infected ordering screen how the public company version of Shake Shack works. I have eaten at this location a few times over the last couple months. It is the closest location to where I live. So I was real happy when I heard they opened in the food court. I order either the cheeseburger or the Shack burger. I kind of alternate because they are both kind of addicting. The only real issue is the food never seems to be hot enough at this Aventura store. There are always so many customers which is great for them, but frustrating because I do not bring my food back when it is cold because it will just take that much longer to get it hot. I heard a lot of hype about this "legendary" Shake Shack and I knew I had to find out if the hype was warranted. I stopped by here with a friend and we both got the Chicken Stack sandwich, no sides, but I got a chocolate shake. The sandwiches were phenomenal! I loved the crispy bread on the chicken fillet, it was very juicy on the inside, and crisp on the outside. The herb mayo had a nice touch along with the tart pickles. The only negative I'd give is for the milkshake. It didn't taste like real ice cream but instead, almost like a whipped chocolate milk, if that makes sense. Literally the worst customer service you can come across! I ordered through Uber eats 4 burgers with fries and drinks and only received 1 bag with just the fries! I call the shake shack to see if there is any way they can deliver the burgers because I am hungry and at work till 6 and it's 1:43 so I can't go pick it up! And the manager admitted to me that it was someone on her team who messed up and only gave 1 bag when it was 2 bags but that there was nothing she can do about it or no way she can have it delivered here.
