Pretty good chocolate blackout shake. This location is inside a mall food court. The person helping me was nice and friendly. She explained what was in the shake and was smiling while I decided. For Shake Shack , the prices were on par. $6 for a shake. I waited for about 3 minutes while it was made. It tasted pretty good and wasn't lacking in flavor at all. In fact, almost too chocolaty. Do not order delivery! They send the food in open bags. Called the location to ask if this is normal, Manager said order was not packed properly, but refused to refund my money. No way I was eating that food. Told me to contact Uber, even though it wasn't their fault. Uber refused to refund me as well, stating they don't refund for Shake Shack. What a shitshow! Guessing being in Park Meadows Mall, you are priviledged to get pretty decent service. In spite of the whole food court being hot and stuffy on our trip, we still got service and they did priorotize getting our drinks out to us after payment to get us cooled down. I went to try their peppermint shake and the wanted to charge $9.99 for a small when I could just go to the other side of the food court and get the same size for under 6 dollars. A total rip off and you should boycott not only this location, but all locations for needlessly hiking up their prices. Add them to your boycott list, I can see why I haven't ate there in 4 years. Alright this is the first time I have been to a Shake Shack and I have to say it was pretty good. I got the black truffle burger and it was good. I also got the cheese fries which were meh just because the cheese was like luke warm and tasted like really crappy cheese that also hardened really fast. The service here is like it would be at and fast food joint and the kids working just take the order and that's it. My big thing is the fact that just for a burger, fries, and a drink it was $30! That is just ridiculous for a food court mall fast food joint. We could've gone to a nice restaurant and gotten something better quality for cheaper. One of my very few food vices is French fries. I LOVE them...if they're good. Carbs, fat, lots of calories...very bad things. So if I'm going to eat something unhealthy or fattening, it has to be GOOD. The Shake Shack in Highlands Ranch (Central Park) has GREAT fries, or did when I had them, many months ago. I had been running around all day, hadn't eaten anything, and was stressed. Decided that French fries would cheer me up and give me some carbs to burn. Shake shack is right at the entrance to the food court, and they have kiosks where you can order and then get a text when your order is ready. There were people at the cash registers, but I decided to try the kiosk. I ordered a pomegranate lemonade (good, very refreshing, a little too sweet for me), and fries. Sigh. The fries, while crinkly (my favorite) were UNDERCOOKED AND LIMP. I was so sad. Because I was really hungry, I ate them, but instead of guilty gastronomic heaven, they were just...meh. While not as bad as the fries at In-and-Out, they were a sad imitation of French fries. Totally not worth the calories. Pfft. Total waste of what was supposed to be a rare, fattening treat. These weren't greasy in the slightest. They were PALE. They're supposed to be a lovely golden color, glistening with oil, filling your mouth with pleasure. Nope. These tasted like boiled potatoes, basically, with some salt. No crunch. No crisp. No satisfying feeling of yum. Since the fries are good at Highlands Ranch, and in New York, this is clearly a local failure. I'm sad. I don't like skinny fries, so most fast-food joints don't work for me. And the yummy yuca fries at Uptown and Humboldt, or the sublime fries at Pat's Cheesesteaks, or Lazy Dog, simply aren't as close to my house. I guess the good news is that I won't be suffering any craving for fries near the house, since these were so BLAH. It's a nice dedicated space, with a clear menu board, friendly employees, and convenient. I can't say anything about the burgers here, because I didn't try one. But, come on, burgers and fries go together. If I ever have a mad, rare craving for fast cheese-covered beef and crispy fries, this isn't where I'm going. Sigh. Other wise.. 2: if there is one customer at the counter who appears to be younger than 50 and have no kids, proceed to order from the counter. 3: If they are outside of #2 criteria, chance is they will be ordering for the rest of the group sitting behind you or worse, they have no idea on what they want and will definitely take long long time to complete the order. Finding vegetarian options at the food court can be difficult if you want them to taste good and not be salads. Shake Shack's shroom burger is one of the best options out there. The cheese in the mushroom that's acting as a faux patty is delicious and tasty (possibly one of the best vegetarian burgers I have had ever). It is a small burger that will fill you up without making you uncomfortably stuffed. Shake Shack has items that comes up from time to time. The buffalo spiced fries were quite delicious. They don't have the buffalo taste that I'm never a fan of. It was spiced to make the fries spicy. Really great option. read more

Came here for lunch with a co-worker mid week. When we walked in they were super busy which was nice to read through the menu (very short read) and go through the steps of ordering. They have their system set up where you submit your own orders into the computer and then wait for the main ordering counter to call your name. I went with the classic burger and Oreo milkshake +whip cream. The decor is fun, hip vibe but the food meh & a bit overpriced for what it is. read more

This restaurant is in the food court of the Park Meadows Mall right by the front door and service here was fast and friendly both in person and on the app. At first I ordered items from the app but when I arrived, I added some items in person and everything went smooth. This is my first time eating shake shack and it was honestly annoying. First off, it is wayyyy overpriced. The avocado burger with a side of fries and a large lemonade came out to 22 dollars. Would much rather go to Culver's and get better food anyways for a cheaper price and better service. Speaking of service, they had the "help yourself" station or whatever the hell it is called, and it still asked for a tip. Why should I give them a tip when they never even spoke with me? If I'm going to give a tip, they should get rid of those stations, ask me for my order and how my day is going. No service = no tip. Additionally, it asked for my phone number so that they could text me when my order is ready. In doing so, I went to sit down with my friend and wait for the text so I could go grab it when it's ready. Unfortunately, I was never given a text and wondered what happened. I went back and saw my food just sitting at the counter, still with no text from the workers. What's the point of having that system when it didn't even work?! I'm not sure if they forgot to press a button or the system isn't working, but either way, I was thoroughly frustrated with the fact I never got my text message that my food was ready. However, the food is decent, but I still think it would be much more worthwhile if the food was a bit cheaper and they made it a better experience instead of being served by a computer. In summary, if you like food that is very pricy and asks for a tip when no service is given, the Shake Shack at Park Meadows is your place! read more

I was so thrilled that Park Meadow had opened a Shake Shack and was super excited to get my hands on some burgers, however the experience went south pretty fast. Arrived at the counter to be greeted by a sweet young girl. It was close to 7:30 and she seemed to be over her day. She was never rude but didnt seem to know the answers to any of my questions. "No problem, she might be new so let me just order and get some food in my belly" I thought. So I ordered a double stack cheeseburger and fries. My burger was soaked in grease. So much so that I had to throw away the bottom bun and Im not one to give up carbs. The buns were basically wet bread falling apart. My daughter asked to try the burger so I let her take a bite and she spit it out. It was soooo greasy and did not taste very well. So I ate the burger because I'm not a quitter, but it was not a good burger. Could it have been a fluke? Sure. Like I mentioned before, I did place my order around 7:30 pm and the staff seemed exhausted. However, I've been a fan of Shake Shack from my days on the east coast and was so disappointed with the quality of the food in this location. With all the other options around opening near by I thought it would be difficult for them to succeed but oh boy am I glad they have! The GF bun for me is a TREAT as in most places they'll care for my burger in a lettuce wrap, but to be honest its like having a salad taco with beef .. not here... so I thank you!! 5 from me on giving me a bun that is actually good not frozen tasting and the double burger is fresh, cheese melted and lettuce/tomato's that crunch! Fries are yummy even though unfortunately on our last visit a couple were raw. So, perhaps we ask for extra crispy fries. Gone 2x now and on both instances its a 3.5/4. Was at park meadows for the first time since Christmas. Noticed shake shack was open and thought I've give it a try. I thought I order a burger not a slider. Smallest thing I've ever gotten McDonald's single cheeseburger is bigger. The sauce. Tasted like spoiled milk. The guy in the back bagging the food, was taking off his mask when he was in the back around the food and then putting it back on as he walked to the counter with my food. We get out to the car and are drinking our milkshake, then see something in it. There was a whole bean or seed at the bottom. Called to see if they'd refund, but couldn't do it unless we came back.
