The chicken at Chick fil A is decent but not anything I'd go out of my way for. The staff quality and service here is always above the fast food average and the restaurant is clean and ran well. I just don't like that sweet subtle after taste on their chicken. I tried ordering their spicy chicken sandwich to see if I'd like that this time but it was just ok for me. I ordered my daughter some nuggets and she didn't finish them. She said she liked McDonlads nuggets much better. This is for the store manager Cody, who dismissed my concerns for how the allergy food was handled. I do know what I'm talking about since my kid could die from three things. Also I spent four years in school kitchens working with many food allergies and to different levels of severity. I also know state law that for where we are at that if you know of an allergy and willing give it you could be found guilty of assault. Even after saying all of this, Cody just told me not to worry because they change their gloves. Well only the cook does, because none of not most of the other staff do not wear gloves. I do know on the companies website they have legal wording. Maybe that needs to also be trained to all staff or stop offering the allergy sticker it gives a false sense of securiTy. This also wasn't my order that I was worried about then mine came out with allergy on the print out but no red allergy sticker. After an issue I had during my last visit( see original review below if your truly interested) the owner Joe reached out to me personally. Out of every chick-Fil-A this is the only one I've had a issue with made a online order 20 minutes before showing up to the restaurant and get told to wait even longer watching other customers get served that just got here didn't have a online order. I basically got told "aww thank you for ordering ahead but now you gotta wait longer" and you know how you can pick how many sauces you got? Like you choose the one and the amount! How do you mess that up I get back to the house with 1 ketchup 1 thing of jelly for a order of 3 people when I know I picked more then just 1 of each .
