Wow! Today I went on a lark because I was craving a crunchy taco. I have given up, largely, on Taco Bell as a chain. But who's in charge and working there today is doing an awesome job: Fast, polite, accurate, and all of my food was hot and "filled our nicely" in the shells and wraps etc. I'm so used to TB having a scant amount of toppings and not remotely what is needed, but this was perfect! I've tried to give this location a chance but I've had so many wrong orders. Most recently, the rats have gotten SO bad! There are rats outside ALL over and last night a rat tried to jump in my car while I was at the drive through!! No joke!!! Everybody knows Taco Bell, but this is MY Taco Bell (right next to where I work). They probably have the best vegan options you can find at a popular fast food chain in terms of both flavor and nutrition. They always get my order right here. I start with the cheesy rice and bean burrito, make it fresco, and add black beans, potatoes, and jalapeños. While it's not as big or as filling as a burrito from say chipotle or qdoba, it is a very delicious and nutritious bite for only $2.25. You rock, Taco Bell!!! read more

Pretty rough day at the office for the kids working on a Saturday night at 530. New employee working the register reminded the 2 people ahead of me and than the few behind that "I'm new today" as to prevent anyone being angry at any mistake made. After we ordered, we waited 13 minutes for food, they prioritized drive thru (heard them say) and it was busy but definitely not fast food. My wife ordered one of their newer veggie power bowl and added substitutions like added potatoes and didn't want guacamole, well they forgot the cheese sour cream and beans. When brought to their attention, they asked for a receipt as if us in the restaurant eating in didn't order it? Little silly. 2 more people asked for something after their food came out. The kids had to use their cell phone to call a boss asking how to do a refund for an elderly lady. Men's restroom was in rough shape. The kids definitely needed direction and supervision. Still love taco bell but some of the locations have been iffy lately. read more

This Taco Bell used to be on top of their game but now they close whenever they're under staffed (I hope thats the case anyways). I've never had a problem with an order getting mixed up but if you come here in the evening be ready for an insanely long wait for your food. I have sat in their drive thru upwards of 35+ minutes. Could not leave as I was stuck in the drive thru... there are others in the area that are much faster even when lines are long.. in the future I'll drive further for the quicker line. read more
