I love that this fast food is antibiotic free. We had a school fundraiser at this location, which was fantastic because I never would've tried it otherwise. It's not in the food court, but in the row of restaurants before the food court. It was quite busy, so I recommend ordering ahead of time and getting your food to go. You can always go over to the food court to eat. There are a few tables inside, I don't know if it was crowded just because of our fundraiser, there were no open tables when we were there. It did take a little while for us to get our food, so I recommend ordering 10 minutes ahead. We got chicken tenders and fries, and a burger wrapped in lettuce with cheese fries. They also have beer and wine, even though it's not on their online menu. Ordering at the kiosk was really easy, I love the kiosks because I kept the ordering moving quickly. My son liked his chicken. He ate all but one piece and all the fries. I really liked the burger and I'm glad there's an option to wrap it in lettuce. I always love the cheese fries, but it is a little heavy for me so future Christina probably skip on the cheese fries. Because this is higher quality food, you don't get as much as other places, which I actually appreciate because it means we actually ate everything that we ordered. Since I'm on a clean eating kick I've been trying to only get meat that is antibiotic free so it was fantastic to see that this place does that as well. I would highly recommend eating here and this will be my choice anytime my kids want fast food. So what's the big deal with Shake Shack? I always hear good things. I mean... It's just a burger spot, right? So I'll start off with my bias. They have an excellent Sunday promotion. If you spend $10 you get a free chicken sandwich valued at about $8.50. Not bad. My wife and I hatched a plan where she spends $10 and I spend $10 and we get two chicken sandwiches for free and other food to feed the family. What a deal. Here's where the bad news comes... We ordered a double stack burger for our son and it's actually $10.30. That's an expensive sandwich! I ordered two milkshakes at five dollars apiece and got a side of fries for three dollars. Initially the milkshake price doesn't seem so high... Except, the milkshakes are really small. My kiddo got a chocolate shake and my wife and I shared a cookies and cream shake. I felt like I had three sips before my half of the milkshake was gone. Not really impressed with the sizing versus price. Where is the food? Good... Yes. The burger looked great. The chicken sandwich was very delicious. Hold the lettuce... The lettuce was very wilted and gross looking. The cookies and cream milkshake was great. The chocolate milkshake with a little two chocolatey. Short story... The food is great. The bad news... I don't think I'd be as happy with this trip if I paid full price. For $23 after the coupons getting three sandwiches, two milkshakes, and fries... That's a bargain. Full price for these items would be about $40. That's too much. So, thanks to a coupon you get 5 stars today. Would I pay full price... No, I think I'd go to a nicer place. read more

Surprised that this was at the mall. I was craving a burger and in my Yelp search found this at the mall. Hubs and I headed out and had an early dinner here. They have kiosks available at the front where you place your order. Grab a number and go find a seat. Seating is very limited! I got the cheeseburger and hubs got the hamburger. We both got fries. I haven't been to a Shake Shack in a while. The last time was during a layover at the airport in Charlotte. All I can say is that the service here was way better. It was the Black Truffle Burger that lured me in. I've heard so much about it. What I didn't know is that it can be ordered as a single or double burger. I ordered a single. It was so delicious! The black truffle aioli was enough to win me over. I didn't taste a whole lot of gruyere, but it was there. The fried sweet onions were perfectly crispy. I even liked their potato bun, which I typically don't like. I hope they keep this one on the menu. I was very tempted to get the Black Truffle 'Shroom Burger because it looks amazing in the pictures. That will be my next order. Everything was great! They have an automated system set up for contactless ordering. I chose to order at the counter. The staff is very helpful (unlike the locations at the airport). They will bring the order to your table when it's ready. The restaurant was clean. There's somewhat limited seating. I was there early when it opened, so seating wasn't a problem. I walked past it around 3pm and it was super busy. You can always place a takeout order, and take it to the food court if needed. This newest location of Shake Shack is a great quick service option on Bay Street. read more

Love the Shake Shack in Midtown but this is smaller, less seating. Very impersonal if you use kiosks to order. Even when they bring your food out, little to no communication. But the burgers are good I had the Smoke Shack which is the cheeseburger with bacon sauce and Cherry peppers; ( I could smell the peppers the minute my food came) and the fries are crispy. read more

The burger was the exact flavor/characteristics of a hearty, greasy but fresh-tasting burger. The truffle sauce was creamy with a strong truffle flavor. It hits my craving itch. The french fries were pretty basic crinkle cut fries. The price point was fair considering the ingredients felt more ready-made and fresh than a typical fast food place. Fresh, hot and juicy is how I describe Shake Shacks burgers. Fries were crispy and well seasoned. I ordered a double black truffle burger that was laced with a truffle mushroom aioli sauce and topped with crispy fried onion strings. This was burger heaven. Upon walking in, you place and pay for your order on the kiosk, take a number and your food is brought to the table, hot and fresh. This location offers outdoor seating, but we ate at a booth inside. The service is good, people are nice and they seem to want to do a great job here. The food comes out fast and they have several tablets for you to place your order. Or, you can approach the counter for help. However, they put the side entrance door right next to the tablets for ordering which is awkward and silly. The food looks great and tastes really good. GF buns and lettuce wraps available as well. However, no self serve for drinks, so no free refills at your own discretion. Also, if you have any food sensitivity like I do with gluten, I would urge you to ask the employees for more info as they don't go out of their way to provide an allergen menu and I had a really bad reaction after eating here. I am NOT blaming anyone but myself for this, it's not the restaurant's fault. But, I would recommend not eating here if you worry about "hidden" stuff in the food. Again, service is fast, food looks and tastes great and all the workers were very friendly and were working hard. The kids LOVE this place. read more

Gary, the GM was extremely welcoming and hospitable. He helped us with the kiosk order and refilled our drinks. We also observed him greeting customers, cleaning, checking tables, and working in the kitchen. All of the staff were also very friendly and helpful.
