You place your order by Kiosk and Ordering is by kiosk which then activates a "buzzer" which you take to your table and wait for the order to be ready. We ordered three Shack Stacks and two orders of fries. The burgers were pretty good, but I was expecting them to be better for some reason. They are very similar to Burger's Priest, and I believe that Burger's Priest copied their menu. Comparing them to Burger's Priest, I would have to say that Burger's Priest is a bit better than Shake Shack. The fries at Shake Shack are frozen crinkle cut fries, but that is what they are known for. The prices for the burgers, and especially the fries, are very high for what you get, however it is Shack Shack. Would I return? Probably not because for this price point, there are a lot of other options to choose and other "local" burger places.

I did a search for the nearest BK and found this one at Rockwood Mall. I had no idea that this BK existed! This eatery is separate from the physical mall, standing alone closest to Burnhamthorpe Road East, just east of Dixie Road. I came here after visiting the library a block away. This BK has a drive-thru. I am known for hitting one. I actually wanted to dine in for a change. I parked near the entrance and walked in. This restaurant is huge. The dining area is spacious. I loved all the windows. It was cheerful. More BKs want you to use a kiosk or order through the app. I went with the former. This place has three kiosks. I ordered this combo: - Whopper minus the onions - Half-sies (half onion rings and half fries) - Regular Diet Pepsi I saw my name up on the screen. My order number was 10. I stood and waited for my order to be called. This eatery is busy. My order took a long time, probably because I had onion rings. Still, I saw orders placed after mine that were ready. I got the nod roughly ten minutes later. The woman gave me a tray with my Whopper and Half-sies. I paused. She realized that I didn't have a cup for my drink. She got one for me. I thanked her and headed to the fountain drinks machine. There was a nice man top-loading the ice for this machine. I let him do his thing. He let me know that he was done. It was cool.
