It's kind of a funny story how I discovered Burger Park. I was driving on the highway one day, spotted their giant sign, and thought, what is that? I remembered to look it up later and immediately bookmarked it. It was definitely giving Shake Shack vibes from the photos. I came with a friend around 6 pm, and parking was surprisingly easy thanks to the adjacent garage. They validate for 2 hours, which honestly makes a huge difference and would've otherwise been a deterrent. The space itself is cute and minimal, with a clean, modern feel. We ordered two double patty Park Burgers, a blueberry spice fruit shake, a strawberry sherbet fruit shake, and a regular fry with their house-made sauce. This meal was nearly perfect. The burgers were tender and juicy, with beautifully crisp edges on the smashed patties. Everything came out at the perfect temperature. I went with the default toppings, which were fresh, well-balanced, and generously portioned. The bun was soft and held everything together nicely. The fries were a pleasant surprise. I'm not usually a crinkle-cut fan, but these were crispy, well-seasoned, and paired perfectly with the delicious mayo-based sauce. The fruit shakes were probably my least favorite part. I was expecting something brighter and more tangy, but they leaned more mild in flavor. That said, the icy consistency was refreshing and would hit the spot on a hot day. I noticed they also offer cookies, which I didn't get to try but looked very promising. The place was quite busy, with a steady flow of dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders, but the service still stood out. We hadn't realized they use peanut oil, which was a concern since my friend has an allergy. The staff were very helpful, reassuring us that the burgers are grilled separately and even going the extra step to confirm the fries are cooked in sunflower oil. My friend was able to enjoy them without any issues, which we really appreciated. Overall, it's a bit out of the way for me, but absolutely worth the trip. The food here was delicious the burger was fresh and seasoned well. The fries were crispy and soft we'll salted and paired nicely with the meal. I would say the service was a bit slow as I was waiting at the register and had to flag staff down to be served, the price wasn't bad however everything is sold super early and they do not have combos or upgrade options. And so this beautiful smash burger from Burgers Park DID NOT taste better than Burger Drops but it was still good. Super soft bun and meat was good but not great. Someone on TiKTok was bold enough to say they loved this burger better than Burger Drops so we had to investigate. Upon reflection I wasn't happy with a few things. I ordered all toppings but ended up not getting a slice of tomato. And I think I got sautéed onions but it may have been a small amount. Also, unfortunately we ordered Yukon Gold Fries that strangely came spicy which was not the ingredients said on menu. I felt it took away from fully tasting the smash burger. So not happy my fries was not what I ordered or was clarified on their menu. Service was fast and friendly and we did love the ambiance there. Came right around opening on a weekend, not very busy. Like others have stated, the restaurant feels like a Shake Shack, not good or bad to me. Ask for parking coupon if you parked in the garage. Ordered a Double burger, Spicy Chicken sandwich, fries and tried to order a milkshake, but they said they didn't have it. They looked like they had some of the ingredients for them out, but not sure if it's a time thing (they're still setting up?) or some other reason. The burger is a smashed patty. Tasty, and was nicely uniformly crisp. But seemed a little dry to me. The Spicy Chicken is also tasty, with good crunchy fried layer, and the seasoning has some South Asian flavours. The fries were nice and crispy, with some BBQ seasoning, and came with a house dip (some sort of aioli). Overall, I thought the food was pretty good, but unfortunate that couldn't try the milkshake. After constant jabber about how great this smash burger is and how it is the best I will ever taste, my husband dragged me to this place. The decor is cute and I love the fake plants through-out the restaurant. The service was quick at taking the order but not making the burgers. This of course was a good sign for me because it meant they were actually making it. The burger was good but I wouldn't say its the best I ever had. The burger itself was quite nice but the burger bun was soggy and barely any sauce on it. I was expecting more flavour based off the menu and the line-up. However the burger was not as great as other places I have tried. That deserves a star right there for that. Word to the wise: pass on the cookies! This is the closest you can get to Shake Shack burgers in Toronto! My qualms is that it is located in a sector of North York (by Fairview Mall) filled with office parks and corporate buildings. Definitely not transit friendly, and there's no easy parking. There is no street parking on the streets Burger Park is on, however adjacent streets have Green P parking. There's also a parking garage above Burger Park that is free for 1 hour if ticket is validated at restaurant. You order at the front and bring it to a seat to eat. We ordered a Single Park Burger, Double Park Burger, and the Poutine. Both burgers we ordered with all toppings which I highly recommend. The burgers are smash patties which adds an amazing crisp texture to it akin to Shake Shack. It was topped with creamy cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, and a house sauce(?). Super delicious! The poutine was pretty standard with gravy, cheese curds atop wavy fries. There could've been more gravy to keep the fries warm and melt the cheese. Overall, the food was great and seating area was modern and clean. Wait times for food can be a bit long (15-20 mins) depending on backlog and Uber orders. Parking and lack of location accessibility are my biggest issues with the restaurant. But will be back especially when near Fairview Mall. read more

The interior is super clean and modern with several tables, 1 order counter and a simple menu to select from. Our 2 park burgers and shake came to about $30. It was more of a snack than a meal (little burgers shy of 4") but I like that the meat is pasture raised and antibiotic free! The burger meat was super thin and lean (about half a cm thick), smothered in mustard and the bun was super soft. Shake was good, not super sweet or creamy but more ice and refreshing. On the low end of a three star rating. Maybe even a two. The smash burger was just ok. The pressed burgers and bun were actually kind of burnt. Not sure if they were going for a "char broiled" kind of effect but it definitely detracted from the taste. The cheese also didn't hold up well. I get American cheese is what it is but it melted into the equivalent of nacho pump cheese. This could not be the taste or texture they were aiming for. Chicken was just mediocre too. Fries tasted fine and were generously seasoned. However, they too just seemed like frozen grocery store fries. Shakes not available at the time. Seems like everything is made to order to keep things as fresh as possible. Food: Park burger - this is a smash burger with tomatoes, lettuce, onions, pickles and cheese. While I've never been to Shake Shack, this is a damn good burger. The amount of flavour in their buttermilk fried chicken- wow! It had a slaw of onions and lettuce, pickles, and honey butter. I think you can also opt for jalapenos and other things if desired. Had the pleasure of coming here right when they open and honestly, easily the best uptown burger on the block. The bun was perfectly soft and the pre-set toppings make this burger an absolute pleasure to eat. I think my favourite thing about this burger is that smash burger pressed crispy sides. Decided to try this place after hearing it was the closest thing to shake shack in Toronto, and I personally love shake shack. Coming into the place, it did look similar to how it does when you enter shake shack. For the food I got the park burger and Yukon gold fries. The branding of this place is a copy of Shake Shack, but the burgers are quite different (not in a bad way). I would say shake shack has more fresh veggies in their burgers with minimal sauce, whereas Burgers Park has more of a saucy veg type approach. We wanted to order everything on the menu, but they had sold out of hot dogs and poutine (so I'm curious to try them next time). We ordered the Double Park Burger, Spicy Chik'n, Veggie Crisp, Yukon Gold Fries, Sweet Potato Fries and a Chocolate Coffee Shake. The Spicy Chik'n was the best thing off the menu hands down. It had a good amount of heat, you could taste the delicious honey butter which offered nice contrast and the chicken was nice and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The Double Park Burger has a good beefy taste and the sauces work quite well, notably the dijonnaise. It has a nice charred outside to the beef (like smash patty style although the patties are thicker than a typical smash patty). I wish they called the Veggie Crisp a Falafel Burger because that's essentially what it is! It's pretty good though and I would order it again. Their fries are also excellent. Super crispy outer and nice pillowy interior. The fry SAUCES WERE DELIGHTFUL. Both the curry ketchup and fry sauce were super tasty! Perhaps the biggest disappointment was the Chocolate Coffee Shake. I really wanted to give a higher rating but the spicy chicken burger did not quite deliver for me. Plus, they ran out of cookies and I really wanted to try them as they looked delicious in photos. I usually prefer a buffalo hot, Nashville hot type spicy chicken burger. They use a sweeter sauce that has a hint of like a curry flavour? It wasn't bad but I didn't love it. They also add jalapenos to make it extra hot, which was alright. The slaw made no difference for me. I could barely tell I was eating it. Maybe I didn't have too much in my burger. Yukon Gold Fries Basically a dupe of Shake Shack fries aka McCain fries. These would have been more enjoyable if they were actually hot or even warm. Like other reviews have said, these end up getting served cold. They probably have the fries ready to go while the burger is being prepared. By the time it got to our table, they were defs cold. I had asked for some chipotle mayo to go with the fries but they had ran out and instead gave me the fry sauce. This was totally fine and I really enjoyed it. Aka, think animal sauce from In-and-Out Burger aka basically thousand island. I still really want to try their cookies but I don't really see myself coming back, especially because I live in Brampton. It was fun, modern and clean and I could definitely see myself hanging out here with friends for a casual lunch or dinner. I really wanted to love this place after reading so much about it, but it just didn't hit the mark for me. I came here to try out their Spicy Chicken Burger and was left a little disappointed. I don't know if it's because it's fried in peanut oil, or if the coating was salty, but I felt veryyyy heavy after eating it. I honestly couldn't even finish my burger. When you order, you have the option to add a few additional toppings at no extra cost, which as a nice added touch for customization. Something I did appreciate was the customer service. I mentioned to the cashier that I did not want the Spicy Honey Butter, and she informed me that the "spicyness" for the burger actually comes from that glaze. She did however suggest an alternative, which was to sprinkle the chicken with the ghost pepper powder after frying to get a bit more of a spic kick to it. Additionally she also gave me a sample of the chipotle mayo before ordering my burger. The sides were probably the least exciting for me, especially for the price point. We got the Yukon Gold Fries, which quite honestly just tasted like regular frozen McCain Crinkle cut fries. However, the house made fry sauce was amazing! Definitely worth trying. Service for a fast food burger setting was great though! Our food was brought to us at our table after we ordered. The patty freshly grounded on site made with local pasture raised Angus beef was well seasoned and the bursting with meaty flavour! The toppings really enhanced the whole experience and I just love the toasted brioche bun. Spicy Chikn for the chicken lover which love a spicy kick! You do have option to make it non spicy. The never frozen chicken breast is buttermilk brined before deep frying. The chicken is moist and tender. Beef VS Chicken? I personally prefer the Burger a lot more! The sides were MEH, especially at that price point. A pass. Don't waste your money and calories for that. Service was 5 star for a fast food burger setting. I've never heard of Burgers Park before a friend suggested we go there for lunch and I never knew that this complex of restaurants existed. It's obviously new, as the vacant stores and soon-to-open restaurants suggest. The burger patty had a very nice flavour and was well cooked. Very juicy. I had a taste of the Spicy Chik'n sandwich. It was good but I preferred the beef much more. I'm a beefatarian. I had the sweet potato fries, served with a housemade curry ketchup, and my friend ordered the regular fries, with a housemade fry sauce. Ummm, skip the fries. Apparently, they've been having some issues with their regular fries and have been serving a temporary substitute at a reduced price. They weren't good. Trust me. Their freestyle soda machine, by Coca-Cola, is very interesting. Its touchscreen controls allows you to choose from a wide variety of flavour combinations, all poured from the same spout. I sampled a couple before settling on Lemon Coke. I guess it was out of the mix to make Cherry Coke. The burger definitely deserves a return visit. We have been wanting to go to burgers park after seeing it for a while now and we have finally been. People say it is a "dupe" for Shake Shack... but we did not think so! We got the OG chicken and park burger with their fries. Fries were crispy! Love the seasoning they add to it. We think burgers park is it's own thing and is not similar to shake shack at all. Park burger was juicy we give it a 7.5/10, the OG chicken was very hot and fresh, it's a good chicken sandwich but not blown away, would give it a 6.9/10. It took about 20 minutes for them to prepare our order. Seating was available and it was pretty spacious. When I heard that a Shake Shack-esque burger joint had just opened, I knew it was a matter of time before I found myself walking through its doors. And indeed, we showed up at around 12:45 on a recent Tuesday and the place was completely empty. I decided to go with the Park Burger, which comes topped with American Cheese, Beefsteak Tomato, Iceberg Lettuce, Sauteed Onions, House Pickles, and Dijonnaise. It arrived a short time later and I'll admit it looked picture perfect. It looked like the kind of burger you see in commercials and advertisements. I was worried that perhaps the taste wouldn't be quite up to the level as the appearance. It was. This is a damn good burger. Though the meat isn't the juiciest I've ever had, all the components work really well together and enhance the overall experience. The bread was toasted a little too much for my personal preference, but that's a pretty minor complaint. We also shared the Yukon Gold Fries, which came accompanied by a "house made fry sauce." These are crinkle-cut fries and they do have some kind of a coating on them, but I enjoyed them quite a bit. And that sauce works really well, too. MEHHHHH. Quite disappointed with this place since it has such rave reviews. We ordered: Park Burger - Decent burger, freshly made, fresh toppings. Does not WOW me though. I personally like Five Guys' burgers more (and you get to add as many toppings as you want). Poutine - Do NOT recommend this at all. I did not enjoy this poutine because that gravy was wackkkkkkk af (but it was hot enough to melt the cheese curds so there's that). The gravy was kinda sour?!?! And had a very mild taste... It just did not work well at all. Spicy Chicken Burger - Chicken fried so fresh that it's still piping hot and juicy when you bite into it! This burger is topped with coleslaw and some jalapeños. Coleslaw to cut the greasiness, bc it totally is v oily. Jalapeños + spicy mayo sauce for that extra kick. The workers here were friendly, BUT oh so slowwwww. Esp despite being surrounded by so many office buildings. This is just not a place for the 30 min lunch breakers, if you have 1 hour then go for it. Perhaps after a couple more months of experience, they will speed up their process. Parking is covered and located above all the restaurants. There's a parking attendant there that will note down your license plate. I was totally rooting for TO's v own Shake Shack! You can definitely sense the Shake Shack influence at Burgers Park though, especially their logo lol. Not really worth a return :( read more

I deceived to go for a stroll through the park. Brand new and every time I passed by, super busy. Le menu: very simple - three burgers: beef, fried chicken and veggie - Poutine, Fries - smoothies - milkshakes - dessert We walked in and ordered at the register. (Food comes to you after your seated, if it's busy, could take a while). I was super excited to try their milkshake...let down...no vanilla ice cream that day :( I did, however, get a smoothie. It tasted like a mango lassi a bit. Then, I wanted a poutine but I don't eat cows. The gravy was beef based. Let down again :( I did order and eat the chicken sandwich. It was supper greasy and very large. I found it a little bland too. Needed some salt or spice or both. The McCain 'like' fries were crispy and yummy, it even came with a fancy sauce. I really don't see myself returning. But it's very new, clean and trendy inside. read more
