Large selection of toppings. Essentially soft serve with toppings, each one with a fun and logical name. Chocolate milkshake was good, but could benefit from real ice cream instead of soft serve. We just love this place. When ever we stay in this area we always visit 2/3 times at least over a two week stay. It's s great treat. But beware you can wait sometimes because there can be a long line. Be patient ! That's a good sign ! We just chat with fellow travelers & locals . Always a fun time. Great staff as well. Been staying next door for 3 days, and finally got there tonight after everyone at my hotel recommended the place so highly. THEY. WERE. RIGHT. Holy holy crap. I had a peanut butter milkshake, and it was stunningly good. Thick, creamy, delicious, and big as hell. In NYC, this large shake would run $6. Here, it was $4. Why didn't I go here before now? Who knows how many times I have driven past. Easily hundreds. Super reasonable prices. For the price of a drumstick from a convenience store (with a pretty good chance of ice crystals in the ice cream and a soggy cone... WHY don't convenience stores pay attention to the freezer temperature?) you can have a fresh soft serve sundae with a choice of a dozen or so toppings. Don't order just ice cream - most of the flavor is in the topping - but overall it is a good tasting sundae. A small one is just the right size for me and is a good value at $3 including tax. The clerk is very friendly. There are some small benches around so your purchase can be eaten on-premises if desired. Parking is limited with about six spaces. I assume, though, that with the beach and motels nearby, most of the customers are walk ins. Overall a nice place with a good clerk in a product well worth the money. read more

My uncle owns a condo in Sunset Vistas that he sometimes lets our family use. This place is right next to it and you can bet when I'm feeling like a milkshake or a soft serve person at the moment you can bet that I will go there, and if I were you guys I'd go there too. I admit parking is a problem since there's no real place to park, and not only that but you either have to use some stairs or a wheelchair lift to get to the top so you can order (this is because it's above water level and will not get damaged by hurricanes or floods) it's worth it. Word of advice: find parking in the lots of the hotels sandwiching the place. read more

However, the staff doesn't use any calculators or system to charge you, so I was overcharged for my order when I did the math, and the girl at the counter didn't really care about being accurate. My husband and I drive 23 miles 1 way for these shakes, We get the same ones every time. My Hawaiian had NO real coconut or pineapple, none! Hubby said no real banana or pineapple in his shake either. So disappointing. Not worth the drive anymore. read more

It is chocolate soft serve ice cream with crushed waffle cone and hardening chocolate layered in all topped with whipped cream. I loved it! A pretty cool mom and pop ice cream place located just steps from Treasure Island beach. There is a public beach access right behind the store making it that much more convenient if you have an ice cream or milkshake craving while enjoying the sun and sand. I ended up having a tin roof sundae, which was plentiful for the small size that I got. Others I was with got milkshakes and they were equally impressed with the quality. Prices are pretty reasonable, but beware as they only accept cash.
