If you love spending 100s of dollars on pizza then come to shakeys, good place to keep the kids busy

We went last night with another couple. Everything was delicious and hot especially the chicken. We liked the seasoning used in the mojo potatoes and garlic cheese bread. There was plenty of room and very clean. The people were very courteous and helpful. read more

The phone service was very good. They answered any questions I had about the menu and took my order very easily. For pick up, the service was okay. After paying, I went to pick up my food next to the registers and the employees took a while to help me and didn't really acknowledge me. It wasn't until someone else from the back came up to the counter and asked if I needed anything. They gave me my food and other things I asked and didn't ask for. They were very kind and I would like them to serve me again if I were to ever dine in. Other employees can use some help with their customer service but my overall experience was good. read more

Pizza, fried chicken, mojo potatoes are delicious. Yeah it's pricey, but it's bomb food. They also have a good lunch deal mini pizza, some mojos, and 2 pieces of chicken for $9 from 11am-2pm go try it if you haven't. read more

I was highly motivated to write a positive review for this location. I came with my son my daughter in law and my grand baby. We were all very happy with the great service starting with Adriane she took our order and was patient and polite. She also brought the order to our table with the same polite manners. Food was tasty and fresh. Than other of the team came to ask if we needed anything else. Over all I just haven't come across to great customer service like this place.. I hope this review helps anyone that is big about great customer service and looking for great food and have fun. This place was really clean salad bar was also clean and fresh. This is our first time to ever eat at Shakey's. Placed a phone order and spoke to the manager, Stephanie. Her service was very professional and pleasant. Our order was around dinner time. Stephanie made several suggestions and we ended up getting the large PCM. Food was excellent, hot and order was correct. No complaints whatsoever. I came stood in line oh yes nobody in front of me waited about 20 mins everybody in the phones taking orders the manager comes in takes another call nobody says I'll b right with you. First time ordering from here have lived in Colton for 5 years now and I only knew of the 2 locations in Redlands & Fontana. Anyhow ordered by phone the cashier was very nice got my order complete and didn't have to repeat myself. When I arrived this cashier with a smile was prompt & friendly as well didn't wait much longer after paying, she even offered to help me out the door I have never had that offered from the other ones. She was a pure delight. Although there was no dining indoors the establishment looked clean and welcoming. I mean that by the vinyl benches. They were clean and tear free. Someone really v takes care of their furniture. And being I are my food at home when arriving the food was deliciously prepared & satisfying. We will be ordering again. And if they can keep deals like the one they had that evening, we for sure can enjoy gong back again. I wish I had pictures of our food but it was too good to spare the time. Went to pick up my order on July 30th paid for my food cashier said they will let you know when its ready .I seen several boxes of food sitting under the light. I was standing waiting for my name to be called with several other people waiting for their order.No one ever called me I asked a young lady if she can check on my order she looked at another worker & asked her to help me. My large PCM & extra order of mojos was just sitting there for who knows how long. I can see other people upset waiting on their orders. Pizza had way more sauce than cheese you were lucky to even get a pepperoni on a slice ! Very disappointed on the pizza ! Workers need to be calling out orders when done !! made an order around 7:45 they said my order would be ready by 8:30 . we get there at 8:30 our order was apperantly given to someone else we overheard but management just asked us to wait a lil bit he said about 6 mins. an hour later we got our food. management was horrible they didn't even apologize just threw i some extra mojos . horrible customer service read more

Who doesn't like shakeys....im happy they open here in rialto, went there Tuesday ordered the firehouse pizza, and mojos and fried chicken everything was delicious! What can I say the employees are very courteous and attentive. The food is on point. Love the cleanliness. The salad bar is awesome.

First off, phone customer service was on point! I called unsure of what I wanted to order, but Jennifer was very helpful and super nice and assisted me place my to-go order. Food was ready as promised. Looked and tasted great! Can't wait for the weather to cool down to sit out in the nice seating area provided to customers to comply with COVID guidelines, or better yet, when we are able to go in and sit down. We came here on a whim as we were in the area. They had outside socially distanced tables but we decided on take out and to enjoy a pitcher of beer while we waited. We were notified when our order was ready and they offered to bring it out to our table. They were very attentive and genuinely cared that we were taken care of. The restaurant inside followed all covid related protocol with plexiglass and floor markers. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thanks to the manager who asked at the end if they did a good job. First time visiting this location we usually go to the Shakey's in Victoria Gardens. The staff here are very friendly and greet you as you enter the restaurant. I want to update my rating. We tried Shakey's again this time with much better results. The manager Samuel suggested we try it again, so we ordered nearly the same pizza the only difference was we ordered pan pizza crust this time. The result was a much better pizza. I believe the first pizza just got over-cooked, as it was dry and sausage balls were shriveled and hard. This time sausage was plump and juicy. Much better. read more

Come on Shakeys your pizza is not made of Gold, I can get a (3) topping pizza down the street for $ 7.99 at Dominoes, I can get (3) 3 topping pizzas for the price of just one of your 1 topping pizza , Talk about price gauging. How does Shakey stay in business. Not what the city of Rialto needs. Hell pizza hut next door you can get a large 2 topping pizza for $ 10 dollars. read more

This Shakeys Pizza in Rialto is amazing. They are very very nice and take good care of they're customers. We come at least once a week.

This place is nasty they have roaches in their store. I told an employee and she told her manager but it seems like the manager didn't care because all she said was to kill it seems like she was having a bad day the way she came at her employee. I understand that they were busy but if another customer also say that they saw a roach then the place needs to be shut down and have something done about it. Some of the employees are working really hard while others just stand around. It was a boy with brown in his hair that was really amazing at his job he was cleaning while the other stood in the front talking I believe she was a manager she had a black polo shirt and a ponytail she walked right by them and didn't say anything to them but she did say something to the guy with the brown hair. But overall the food was great the lady with a green wrap around her hair did an amazing job on my pizza I wish I asked for their names but my kids loved it they just have to treat all employees the same and not just have one people cleaning the dine in and do something about the roaches. read more

I have ordered online multiple times before and have been ecstatic with the service I was provided. This time customer service fell short, after ordering online I arrived at the restaurant at restaurant at the time suggested. I was informed that my order was not ready which is totally understandable, things can get busy. I saw an order in the window and inquired if that was indeed my order and I was told it was not. Another 25 mins later which is 55 mins after my original order was placed and I have seen other orders be picked up. I inquire again about my order and I was told yes its ready , I was given the pizza that had been sitting in the window for the past 25 mins , the exact one I had asked about earlier and was told no it was not mine. Now I have a cold pizza in hand, I asked for marinara sauce on the side and when I arrived at home I noticed I was given ketchup!!! I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager Samuel who was not apologetic regarding the mistake and attempted to explain away the misunderstanding due to new employees and some people eat pizza with ketchup. I understand its pizza and not the end of the world, but try explaining that to hungry kids. Its not about the compensation its about just acknowledging the mistake and apologizing for it. I know it did not seem like a big deal to the manager but to my hungry kids it was the end of the world. I would hope in the future focusing on resolving the issue and listening to the concerned patron would be a priority. read more
