It doesn't seem I'm bringing my family to this shakeys again. The only hospitality that we received was from Samuel when we were ordering. We ordered a medium thin pizza ( pepperoni/ chicken garlic), chicken, mojo potatoes, and garlic bread. The whole meal was all cold. We waited to long for our food to be delivered.So disappointing! The young lady that brought our food out also had attitude didn't ask if we needed anything else or nothing. Very poor customer service skills and very rude. She almost throw the plates at us saying, just u guys. It so sad I was expecting so much more from this establishment. For the money that we put in. read more

I just went to the Shakeys in Redlands hundred times better than Rialto they actually have chicken breast that they don't charge extra for they have enchilada casserole they have cinnamon rolls they have meatballs with beef gravy they have spaghetti with meat sauce and regular marinara sauce plus many other things Rialto suck don't bother going there read more

Pizza was greasy, Chicken was dry Mojo's were cardboard, Customer rep's were rude. I paid over a hundred dollars and they messed up my order, When I called they promised to give to make it right with the missing items next time, I called a few weeks later and they said they had no record of me. First time here. Paid 50 dollars for one large and one small pizza. Waited patiently for 30 minutes to find that our pizza was riddled with mushroom when I asked for no mushroom (because I'm allergic). We didn't want to cause a problem or send it back because the man who took our order was really nice and we didn't want to wait again. However, the pizza was dry, and cold. My brothers hated it. So we got some salad because we were hungry. Then some overweight man in a ponytail asked us in an accusatory tone "did you pay for the salad bar?!" I said no. (First time there I didn't know it was extra) This man continued to loudly say "if I see you getting more I am going to charge you". It was so humiliating because my kid brother was there too and he felt so bad. A lot of people were getting salad but he only asked us. He just ruined our night. My brothers had to eat the disgusting Alfredo pizza and remove all the mushroom but the taste was still there. Will never be returning, please educate your staff on how to talk to people, and for 50 dollars I at least expect warm pizza with some cheese. read more

This Shakeys customer service stinks .on the brinch lunch they wantt to charge you extra for the breast and wing when every other shakeys accomadates people who dont eat dark meat . My first time here and I had high expectations about this place, and it wasn't all that great. The workers seemed very depressed being there it completely made the environment so sad with no type of energy. Not one smile from anyone. Now, when going to the arcade supposedly the tickets you buy 20 for $20. When swiping our card on a game we now had $10 of credit when we paid for 20. We told one of the workers and she said she would call her manager, not once has the manager came out to see what happened. We went to the front where the cashier is at, and the same worker talked to us and called her manager, again, never came out. Then went back again to go talk to the manager and then suddenly said we don't give refunds on that. No apology from the manager let alone seen her face. Very disappointing. read more

I would it give it a 0. Bad customer service! Long lines only one person serving. We ask for an item and they said sorry we ran out. Its all u can eat buffet so if u don't have most of the items why charge full price. They didn't want to refund my money. They only had pizza, potatoes, and veggies. Went there to enjoy some Pizza with friends. The pizza was great! The BBQ Chicken Pizza was great. When I first looked at it I didn't see any bbq sauce but, when I bit into it I realized that the sauce was below the cheese. Great flavor. The Mojo's of course (yum) always good. The only reason I came on here was to put a shout out to one of the hosts. His name is Jeremiah. He was very kind and attentive. He came by a couple of times asking if we needed anything. Then when he saw that we were wrapping up he came once again and asked if we needed boxes etc... Normally not a big deal but, it was nice that we didn't have to look around and find someone to get them in the first place. Many young people today have no idea about customer service and often act entitled. This young man was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Jeremiah for making our visit all the more enjoyable. We took our son (9 years old) for lunch after school to celebrate his good grades. We ordered pizza, potatoes, Garlic cheese bread and drinks for $63. The bread was brought out burnt, the pizza cold, no plates (server said we get our own) and they forgot our potatoes. After we garnered up the frustration to walk up and ask, they brought us cold potatoes from "bunch of lunch" to make their mistake better. The guy at the register is very polite but is more interested in his phone than the patrons and seems lost. I am a high profile manager at a big company and know the challenges that we face finding good personnel that require minimal management. But minimal does not equal ZERO. You need an adult in this room please. As a top priced (in the pizza industry) restaurant that we all loved as kids, you would be ashamed if you come during lunch on a weekday. read more

Hi, my name is Jennifer I recently visited the Shakeys pizza parlor in Rialto, this is my first review but I just wanted to share my experience with other people wanting to check out this pizza joint when you first walk in everything looks so cool because it just opened up and everything is so clean when I walked in I saw people cleaning and sanitizing the outside patio witch is nice during this COVID time when I ordered the service was really nice 100% and the food was good! Might I recommend the rustic garlic chicken pizza! The part that I liked most was all the condiments were free and you didn't have to pay extra!! And if you wanted a little more they had no problem bringing them to you! They told me they recently opened July 27th! Was excited to see this place open up unfortunately it happened during Covid.They do have minimal seating outside. Inside looks great roomy and clean looking forward to dining in when allowed. The food was delicious pizza, chicken, Mojos. Employees were really friendly when we did pick-up, eager to make sure you had everything you needed and were satisfied. 4 stars because it's pricey. Trust me. Take the time to go to the Fontana one. They place the mojos right on top of the chicken. Resulting in super soggy chicken. Most of the mojos where soggy as well. The pizza was not up to Shakey's normal standard either. The pan crust was not fully cook. And the thin crust was burnt. The staff was nice so at least they have that going for them. But I would not recommend this location at all. Spent close to $100. There is no reason for the quality to be this bad. read more

I used to frequent this building with my parents as a kid in the 80's and 90's when it was Sizzlers. It's definitely been remodeled since then, the outside looks very modern even for Shakey's. The inside as well; everything looks sleek, sparkling and very clean. I was surprised to see how busy they were for a Monday night on Valentine's Day but it makes sense for a family looking to celebrate or even a casual date because you can't go wrong with Mojo's. I had ordered online ahead for carryout and it was supposed to be ready around 6:41pm (30min wait time). I walked in at 6:45pm but didn't get out of there with my order untill 7:05pm. It honestly didn't surprise me to wait a bit longer considering how busy they were and I really didn't mind too much but I did take off a star for the fact that my additional wait time was never communicated to me by the staff. An additional 20min wait is kinda long especially when that probably would've been my wait if I had just walked in and ordered. I'm pretty sure they may have forgotten my order and just made it when I got there, which is really not a big deal, the world is crazy right now and I get that's there's a worker shortage. These things happen, just be better about communicating with your patrons and wouldn't hurt to throw in some extra Mojos for "the inconvenience". Other then that, the food was fine and the service was friendly. I'd definitely come back again, especially because I was impressed with how clean the establishment was. read more
