PM Erik was upset after realizing that the insurance company was not going to give as much money…read morefor the replacement as he hoped, got pretty angry and basically disappeared from the project, did not check the work. They did not replace the boards under the roof, reused the old flashing, which was practically crumpled tinfoil at that point, did not properly flash anything, some flashing is even missing, and the granules of the roof are already weathered after a year. Now my chimney is leaking from poor flashing. Erik did not even ask for payment until 6 months later, likely because he knew they did a bad job. Would not recommend.
