When they were not here on time, I called and they said I was on the schedule for midday. I repeated the commitment to be the first person of the day and they rerouted someone to me and said they would still be able to complete the job by 10 am for me to get to work. When he arrived he informed me that he didn't have all the materials and needed to run to home depot - which at 9:15 would definitely not complete the job by 10 am. I told him to just cancel the work. There are other, more dependable contractors. Then when they refunded me, they did not include the credit card fees that they had charged! I called and they said they'd send that to me right away - it has been 4 weeks! I just don't find them trustworthy -

Re-installed windows and sliding glass door incorrectly installed by previous contractor. Rebuilt pressure treated wood deck with improved layout.
