There were stranded for 12 hours and enterprise did nothing except send a tow truck later in the evening. The lady with the tow company even offered the enterprise agent to go get the rental exchange and bring it back to my grandma and enterprise wouldn't allow it. So finally I drove 2 hours after they realized they weren't getting a new car and agents were giving them the run around. Then the next morning at a local enterprise counter where we were directed, the lady at the counter was being rude, unhelpful and impatient. When we got the woman from the tow company on the phone to speak with enterprise she laid into them on my grandmas behalf and all the sudden the woman at the desk was apologetic and helpful. She told the lady how terrible their customer service was and how my grandma was severely mistreated. We stood there for 45 minutes of them saying they had no record of the car being picked up etc etc and they couldn't help us and would have gotten nothing helped until the company got involved on our behalf which isnt their job. Unfortunately due to the drivers negligence while attaching my car to the tow-truck, the rack and pinion gear were bent and punctured the power steering bellow, now Fleming is denying any responsibility for the damages. I have never once had any power steering issues with my car prior to them touching it and now I am on the hook for their mistake. I understand that accidents happen, but I shouldn't be held liable for damages made to my vehicle by others. I have pics of where my car was parked .I have pics of the surrounding areas showing there is no " no parking signs". I am filing a complaint with PCB police to stop this fraud. They say they are contracted by Pier Park Security who called them. Both will be investigated. Pier Park security says only a Supervisor can call them. I was told the Supervisor does not work on Weekends. I filmed a "spy" in an unmarked car that took down my license plate, and called White's wreck to pick up my car. I have video of this. When I asked the security guard, who was driving his own personal car, which I have pictures and video of. The security guard got very upset and starting cussing and getting irate and was coming towards me for video taping him. I videotaped the whole incident. I've been a Yelp Elite for 10 years and have over 900 reviews. I called Ron around 9:45 PM when our serpentine belt broke near our Condo. Ron answered and said even though he was not available, he would send his right hand man there and he'd be there at 8AM sharp. I sent the car model/VIN so they could get the parts asap before heading our way. Great, I thought! The reviews were right. Now this is where things stopped. I called at 8. I called at 9. I called at 10. Ron's so called "right hand" wouldn't answer my calls or texts. I kept calling Ron and he kept assuring me that the guy was going to show up. 11 o'clock no answer. 12 o'clock no answer. 1 o'clock no answer. 2 o'clock. He finally answered the phone and said he would be on his way shortly. The guy finally showed up at around 3:15 PM to work on the car. We had spent the entire day waiting for him to show up instead of enjoying our last vacation last day of vacation. Little did we know this was just the beginning of all of the issues we would have with the car. It was the serpentine belt. But when the guy went to lift the car, he jacked up our Honda pilot via the oil pan. Anyone with a brain would know that an aluminum pan is not going to hold the weight of a car. This immediately resulted in oil spilling out of our car. He was unable to find a replacement pan for us so he had to use some sort of epoxy sealant to seal the crack that was in the oil pan and we kept our fingers crossed that we would get home ok. There was no apology for this added damage to our vehicle and there was no Compensation for the damage they caused. And when we got home, we had to spend almost $800 getting the oil pan replaced because of the incompetence of this company. This company is a sham and takes advantage of people who are out of town and needing their vehicle fixed in a timely manner. He charged us $500 to replace the serpentine belt. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I asked him for an estimate before buying the parts, but he didn't offer one. When he got to our house to start I asked again for an estimate, to which he replied "I'll be fair ". When the job was done, 3 hours later he asked for $400. I was shocked, but paid him anyway. That's about 135/ hr. In my view, that's a lousy way to do business-especially when dealing with a repeat customer.
