I was instantly impressed just by walking in the door. What a beautiful location. The interior has gorgeous neutral tones with the products lining the walls. I felt very comfortable and was immediately excited for my treatments! I had a derma-planing facial, which was my first, and it worked wonders. My skin has never been softer! The microderm treatment that followed helped my pores appear clean and refined, which I have been attempting to treat for years. I finished with a Glycolic treatment that was recommended by the Esthetician, Wezlynn. After each process was complete I didn't even want to put makeup on my new, glowing skin! This was all done after we custom blended the exact colors that I will be wearing for my wedding. She apparently had time, so she tacked those couple minutes on to the end and I got as many minutes as I actually paid for - that's always super appreciated! It would be nice if the room was a little more soundproofed or located further back in the building away from the road; I could hear lunch hour traffic rushing by on the street about 20 yd away. But other than that, this was a great massage, and I've had plenty over the decades. A lot of therapists these days slop through the motions, but Karen really has a pinpoint, accurate understanding of the human body and I give her full props for 90 minutes of targeted, firm pressure body work. Me having slightly arthritic hands, I greatly appreciate her stamina! I left the appointment, amazed with an amount of flexibility in my neck and shoulders I haven't felt in probably 10 years. I made it clear that my skin is sensitive and that I've had past issues with products triggering cystic acne on my chin. The esthetician was friendly, and the facial itself was very relaxing. Unfortunately, the products used caused my cystic acne to flare up, which was disappointing after spending over a year working to calm my skin. While the experience itself was pleasant, I wouldn't recommend getting a facial here for those with very sensitive or acne-prone skin.

I got home and had to wash my face off to remove the scrub left on skin and heavy thick moisturizer. as soon as i put warm water on my face I felt a burning sensation. all over. the deems plane had left scrapes and red bumps all over my face. I had to get hydro cortisone to calm the burn and itching. I went to the Easton store to speak to a manager and none on site on Sunday and I was assured a manager would contact me. it is 15 days later and no contact from Boss Gal to even inquire if I am ok and how my skin is healing. I have been a customer for some time but I will never go back.
