This is a great crew of guys. They were incredibly patient and helpful while I was deciding on which product to go with and what tint level to select. My truck came out great and they knocked it out quick on a Saturday morning. I've already recommended them to a friend who will be using them in them in the near future. I highly recommend these guys!

****WARNING**** I…read morewas the recent GM of this location for 3 weeks. The previous owner sold the franchise to the new owner. The new owner has no idea how to operate a business. For starters the previous owner turned off charging tax to clients and when the new owner realized he wasn't collecting tax he threatened to charge myself and the tinter to deduct it from our checks. I fixed the problem. And told the owner I didn't appreciate being threatened because of his lack of knowledge. Secondly, he's collecting tax on labor which is cheating clients. It's is NOT a retail business, it's a service. You don't pay tax on labor, secondly if you want to collect tax on tint you have to have an itemized receipt. Once I brought this up the new owner didn't care about what's right... he doesn't know tax laws. Please stay away from this location. Go to Round Rock or the Austin location where the ownership has a clue. If you've been to this location in the past month and paid money I would fight the charges. You have been taken advantage of.

All communication had been via email and I got a confirmation text for my appointment. When the appointment comes around. My wife and I each drove 30 minutes/25 miles separately out of our way during the work day to drop my truck off. The people at the shop then tell me they had cancelled my appointment since they were backed up and stated they tried telling me for many days. They offered a discount for our time wasted and wanted me to rebook for another day. Once we each drove the 30 minutes/25 miles back to work, I checked my email, texts, and voicemails and did not receive any notice that my appointment was cancelled nor moved. I did receive one single missed call 3 days before my appointment but it was from a number that was not listed on the shops website so I did not connect the dots. They DID NOT leave a voicemail nor email nor text stating my appointment was cancelled. I then emailed the shop to discuss the discount they offered me while I was in the shop for my original appointment. Lucy, the office manager, (who was not there when I drove to the shop originally) acted like there was no discount for the wasted time. She acted like it was my fault that she did not leave a single message that my appointment was cancelled and did not even go as far as apologize for wasting my wife and my time during the middle of the work day. I decided to cancel my second appointment. If I couldn't trust them to hold an appointment or honor their own word about a discount, how could I trust them to do expensive work on my truck that could cause permanent damage. I would recommend checking out the Austin location of LineX or checking out some of the Rhino or other bed-liner applications in the area. Save yourself the headache.

When I picked the vehicle up and drove it home I went to close the door and after touching the outside of the door felt a gritty sandpaper texture over the paint. I started feeling around the vehicle and was immediately nauseated. They oversprayed bedliner on the entire vehicle. Driver front and rear door, roof, hood, fenders, headlights, fenders... everything. I immediately contacted them and left a message explaining the damages. The next day I contacted other bedliner installers, detailers, and a paint shop. All of them informed me that I was looking at a 10-12hr repair involving clay barring, scraping, buffing and polishing. They advised me not to use harsh solvents and chemicals. Other people online that had experienced issues with linex tried denatured alcohol, this did not work. I contracted the corporate linex office in NC to get help. I talked to them for a few days forwarding all photos and videos and a summary of the damage all while waiting to hear from the installer. When I finally got a call back from linex RR after 4 attempts to reach them I told them I was in touch with corporate and Marcus of RR said "well if you did that there's nothing we can do for you" and hung up. In the meantime, to save my brand new vehicle's paint, I paid $850 for a detailed to come out and work on the vehicle ALL DAY with two people and they were able to fix the exterior *mostly*. They were unable to fix the interior (window was left open during install) and now I must live with a ruined steering wheel, center console, and door card covered in gritty adhesive. Both the installer and corporate office refuse to accept damages for the issue. Learn from me and go to rhino or another retailer. They ruined my vehicle and lost a customer for life.

Beautiful color, but unfortunately, with the model year being 19 years ago, and only that one year, Yamaha quit making the spare parts years ago, and none were available worldwide. Trust me, I looked. What was available were the same parts from one of the less desirable years and colors, so I bought 2006 parts, in Cobalt Blue, and went looking for someone to paint them. Based on Paint Perfect's fantastic reviews, I ventured north to Florence to see Tanner, and asked if he could make the parts the right color, so I could get my FJR back together again. He told me yes, and he sure did! Great kid, fantastic work ethic, and almost as picky as me, which is 10 times pickier than most of y'all! From the start, Jeff was awesome--super patient, answered all my questions, and kept me updated even while I was traveling. When I picked up the truck, Atnan walked me through everything and made sure I was happy with the work. The customer service here really stands out. The repair timeline was actually pretty fast on the shop's side. Most of the delays came from the insurance back‑and‑forth, not the team doing the work. If you want things to move quicker, my advice is to start your claim before dropping off your vehicle. Once everything was approved, they had my truck back to me in about 9 business days. I also got text updates the whole way--submitted estimate, parts ordered, in line for paint, all of it. It made the process way less stressful. It's been two weeks since the repairs were finished, and after a power wash the paint and trim still look amazing. No mismatched panels, no weird texture differences--just clean, factory‑fresh work. The attention to detail really shows. I uploaded my before‑and‑after photos so you can see for yourself. The difference is huge. My truck looks brand new again, and I'd absolutely come back here or recommend them to anyone who wants quality work that lasts.

There was a huge gap in the middle and then on each side of the fender and it was driving me nuts every time I saw it. I tried reaching out to several highly rated shops online including American Autobody. I either got no reply to my email about it or even in one case, the shop owner said his toyota had the same issue and he wasn't sure how to fix it. American Autobody responded and told me to come by so they could take a look which I did a few days later. They seemed confident they could make it look quite a bit better so after a few months of waiting, I scheduled time to get it in the shop and also decided to have them remove a door ding from my driver's side. The door ding is completely gone and the bumper looks so much better. The people at the shop were friendly and the price wasn't bad either. Next time I have a need for any body work or if anyone asks me of a good body shop, I'll be referring them to these guys. Pics attached of the original issue.
