Upon investigation of the photo that was included was clearly my package in front of the door without unit number on the picture. still can't find it. To make matters worse, they are extremely rude. On multiple occasions, tracking has said my package was delivered when it was nowhere to be found. When I contact FedEx, I'm told that conveniently the driver didn't take a picture of where they left it. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is beyond frustrating. FedEx needs to address this issue immediately. If you live in this area, be prepared to lose packages or deal with the hassle of tracking them down because this driver clearly doesn't care about doing their job properly.
