I had a car that needed to be towed and repaired, and unfortunately my experience was very…read morefrustrating from start to finish. I called on a Monday and was told they would pick up my car later that day and have it fixed by Wednesday. No one showed up. I called multiple times and was told it would be towed Tuesday morning instead. The next day, I called again in the morning and was told it would be picked up later that day. When I followed up Tuesday afternoon, I was again told it would be towed that evening--but still no one came. On Wednesday morning, I went to the shop in person to ask what was going on. I was told again that they would "try" to tow it later that day, and that it wouldn't even be ready until the following Monday. At that point, I felt like I was getting repeated delays without clear communication or follow-through. Instead of an apology for the confusion and missed expectations, the staff member I spoke with (I believe his name was Phil) was dismissive and had an attitude. Overall, I would not recommend based on my experience. The lack of communication and reliability made the situation very stressful and wasted several days of my time. If you want, I can also make it shorter for Google Reviews or more direct/stronger in tone.

I thought the issue was a few bad mechanics but with Frank's lack of support and interest to help the customer with these serious issues makes the customer think Frank wants it this way. Email get no response to Frank trying to address these issues. Customers feel no respect using this shop, getting taken advantage of every time you use them then this is the shop for use!!!

I got my car a couple days later and they said my car was fine, and I paid $140 for my cars engine light to be on again a day later:| and with my buddy's car... I paid ANOTHER $140 for them to tell me that it just needed a new engine... thanks ! It's like I told them that when I brought the car in. They failed to mention that it had a HUGE exhaust leak, and a failed o2 sensor which I found out when when I brought it to another shop. The exhaust leak was so bad I don't know how they didn't notice? I guess they never actually looked at the entire car. Just the top of the engine bay. Well end of story, I wasted $280 for them to tell me what I literally told them when I gave them the cars to get diagnosed.

When I called to address the issue, the owner, Henry, was extremely dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, he told me my only alternative was to call the police. He refused to exchange insurance information and would not allow me to review any camera footage from the time my car was in the shop. Overall, the lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. Use at your own risk I would not recommend this shop.
