The job itself- Shanes was hired to put ceramic tint on my Mercedes. he charged me nearly $500 and it was the absolute WORST tint job I've ever seen. I ended up having him remove all the tint he put on and I went elsewhere. come to find out, HE NEVER USED CERAMIC but he sure did charge me for it. Shane and his posse of meth heads- I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life in a public place. There were several men walking around who appeared to high on what I assume is meth by the twitching and body movements. 1 guy was smoking weed with an autistic child in the garage with him. Update!!! NEGATIVE 5 STARS! Weather has changed and car was covered in frost. To my surprise, my defrost is NOT working. Upon further inspection, it is found that this tint shop has COMPLETELY destroyed my defrost lines and have shaved them completely off with a razor! read more

Sent my wife to Shanes to have tint removed from back passenger window because it had a hole in it, and also to tint front 2 windows. Although Shane told her he could get her in and out quick as she would be waiting on site in the rain he did not prioritze her as she was told. I took off work to come sit with her in the parking lot in my truck as she waited. It took Shane almost 3 hours to complete the service while the entire time it almost seemed he was having a small get together in the shop. When my wife finally got her vehicle back the window that had the hole contained a new hole in which Shane was really pushy in that he couldnt fix it. He never advised this before the service, and was a shock because we could had keept the previous hole instead of paying for a new hole. Amazingly enough after driving around town her van seems to be the only one in the city with this hole in the tent. After my wife showing me the problem I returned to Shanes shop with the van, besides I had been using his service for years I felt Shane would make it right. When I arived there and explained the issue Shane was loud and very pushy that the tint was the way it should be. I requested the refund of $79 for the window and Shane got upset and ripped the tint off the window. I explained to Shane that it was possible to install the tint correctly then Shane replied "well, if you want to remove the door panel then ill tint the window right!" I then and there just left and didnt even let Shane remove the glue all over the window that my 3 year old looks out..... I am VERY disapointed read more

i've gone to shane years ago to get my windows tinted and he did great. this time I called to see if he had any availability he said he did and told me the price for the exact make and model of my car. the next day I go to drop my car off and he is beyond rude saying i'm getting the cheap tint not the quality stuff. He also told me it would be $90 more than what he originally said(because i'm a girl). there were about 5 older men in there smoking cigarettes with a car being worked on with all the doors open. he left my car running with my key inside outside his shop for who knows how long, when i got my car i realized they looked AWFUL streaks and bubbles absolutely everywhere. i went immediately back up there and shane was VERY disrespectful and said "ive been doing this over 20 years i know what im talking about" then just walked right back in his shop saying nothing else. his whole crew is just a bunch of shady guys who have no customer service. they also left my windows FILTHY I couldn't even see out of them at night. Tint had to be redone on front windshield and drivers side window after looking them over. Drivers side window had a crinkle in it where the tint was actually raised that if i tried i could have pinched between my nails and pulled, the front window had multiple hairs under the tint. When originally going in for a price quote i was told 250 and if i wanted the windshield done it would be an extra hundred. When i picked the car up the front windshield turned to 150. Paid over 400 dollars for a tint job that had to be redone, with easily noticable issues. Friend got his windows tinted the other day at a different place and it costed almost half of what i paid. Oh and to top it off on the back side of the privacy fence at the business there was a sign that had pricing on it and it was priced well below half according to the sign. Will never go back or refer a person i know to this shop again. read more

I paid Shane $650 to get my car tinted. $150 was to remove the old tint. When I picked it up, it had bubbles everywhere. He said to let it sit in the sun for two days and they would go away. In five days there was about 100 bubbles still. I asked for a refund and told him I wanted to take it to another shop. He said he would give me $500 back if he took the new tint off. I agreed and brought the car up a week later to drop it off. When I got there he gave me the $500 then insulted my car, said you can't polish a turd. He said I was being picky. The car was 20 years old. He then had a temper tantrum and started slicing the tint with a razor. He was out of control. I told him to get away from my car and go get the rest of the money. He said "That's all your getting" and stormed off. Now the $650 tint job is going to cost me $800 because I have to pay the other shop to take his horrible tint job off. read more

I've had several tint jobs and I could tell this was an A+ job the moment I picked up my car. Shane got me in and out on a Saturday and was still pleasant even though I was a bit late to get there.
