She even asked me how I wanted my hair dried (with volume, straight, etc). She is very efficient but I never felt rushed. My appointment lasted about an hour and 20 minutes. Hillary fit me in the night before Thanksgiving with a 5:45pm appointment. Her work ethic is impressive and she is truly a delight. You would never know this adorable lounge existed as it is in the back of a building that has a few other businesses in it. Once you go up the stairs just follow the signs, which lead you down a couple of corridors, then you will see a brightly colored door with CAYO on it. Go through that and up the stairs and you can immediately feel the warm vibe she has created. I also love that she was very neat with the color. I had none left on top and behind my ears and other places on my face. Her hats adorn the walls and displays. I did not purchase one, but just might! They are stylish and have personality. Then added eyelashes for our guest, my makeup, then wrapped up with the bride's makeup. When everyone was done, she did a bit of touch up. It was about 3 or 3/1/2 hours for all the services. All Lorri needed was a source for power, a chair and a table. Lorri has a wonderful personality, is patient and talented. We all loved the end result. The bride had a flower headpiece which Lorri incorporated beautifully. When we booked a few months ago, a 50% deposit was required. The balance was paid the day of service. She accepts credit cards which is convenient. I booked the initial appointments via email. Lorri was very responsive and completely answered all my questions. We wore masks for the hair styling, then of course had to take them off for the make up. At that point, Lorri added a face shield while she did our make up. We all felt safe and comfortable. Next thing I know she cut my hair at the chin. She gave me a short bob- after she made the first cut I said I wanted to keep it in a ponytail. Why are you cutting it so short oh don't worry it'll grow in. It'll grow in nicely. She cut 4 inches off the side. There was nothing else I could do about the rest of it. I will never go back there, and I will never recommend them to anyone. Randall seems like a very nice guy sad that he has someone working there that couldn't follow a simple direction for a trim.
