I was sore and achy so decided to treat myself to a massage, consulted Yelp and found Amri. I booked my treatment online and called to confirm, no glitches at all. They were busy so had only one massage opening the whole week I was in Key West; I took that slot immediately. A lover of all things CBD/THC, I chose the 50 minute CBD massage. My therapist Cheryl was very considerate and friendly, asking me if the pressure was OK several times. We chatted about various things which helped me to relax. Amri has a beautiful outdoor relaxation area out back with lovely plantings and couches for before/after treatments. They offer a full range of hair and nail treatments as well (I didn't do those). I have dark brown hair that is growing out gray which I color every few weeks with a root touch up. I'm in KW for a few weeks so booked an appointment for a root touch up, cut and blow dry. My daughter had her brows and nails done. April did an amazing job with the cut, she gave my long, heavy hair a nice lift with layers. She was also great with matching the color, made sure she cleaned off any color that might leave a "mask" around my face. It was $200 before tip, I was there for just under 2 hours. The downside is I want to color my gray so it is dark brown, but Davines is the brand Amri uses. Non Ammonia. April matched the color beautifully, but when I washed it a week later, most of it came out. I've had this issue with Davines color before at other salons. I love it for the first week, color looks great and my hair feels healthy. However, I'd prefer to have the color last longer in between visits. It is not as important to me to have an ammonia free color. I have stubborn grays that need more chemicals. My daughter's brows came out great. Sadly, a few of her nails were ruined as soon as she checked out. They did spray her nails twice with a drying agent, but it seems maybe 15 minutes was not sufficient drying time or maybe the polish was a bit too thick. Everyone who works here is friendly and the environment is tropical. Tips can be put on credit card. If they begin offering a more permanent hair color option, I'd definitely make this my go-to salon when I am in KW. read more

My husband and I recently spent 10 days in Key West. High on our list of to do's while there was a couples massage. We got rained out one day and decided that was our perfect opportunity to get our massages. I walked by AMRI several times on my morning walk walks and thought it looked so serene. We were able to book same day. Paula took care of my husband and Bart was my masseuse. We were treated to our amazing massages in an outdoor curtained "cabana" with the sounds of a gentle fountain, wildlife as well as the occasional incoming jet or street ruckus. (Not terrible at all as they are off Duval). Bart gave me one of the best massages of my life and my husband raved as well about Paula's magic fingers. The nail tech, BB was so incredibly nice and friendly. I really wanted Taylor Swift Eras nails and she came through for me!! She helped me pick out all the nail colors and had so much fun doing it. She even made the hearts on the lover nails. She made the start to my first Taylor Swift concert perfect. I am visiting Key West over the Christmas holidays. I usually get my hair done in a bougie salon in Beverly Hills. I loved the services at Amri, both the haircut and the hair colour. Alana coloured my hair and she did a fantastic job, plus she's a sweetheart. Amri uses Davines colours that are ammonia-free - which is important to me. I want clean, organic products on my scalp! Awesome retail in Front and beautiful rooms specific to service: nails, massage, facials. I recently came here for an afternoon of pampering with my mom. We indulged in the "Float Spa Package" which included a 60 min. massage, 60 min. facial, mani/pedi and a glass of Prosecco. We had a wonderful and relaxing time. The Eminence facial was amazing and very relaxing. The massage was spectacular- the massage "room" is partially outside so you can hear the water elements and see some foliage from your massage table! Super unique and beautiful! Our mani/pedis were fun and the polish is still going strong one week later. It was also lovely to sit in the private courtyard/garden area to relax with a glass of Prosecco. I've gone to Isle Style, now Amri, for as long as I've lived in Key West. I most recently had my hair and make-up done for my wedding February 28th with my mom, sister-in-law, and friend. Both stylists did such a great job and were really accommodating to our time schedule. April cut and dyed my hair the week before and did an awesome job. Ironically enough, April also had been scheduled to do my hair and makeup. I didn't really have a particular style I wanted and rarely wear make-up, but she was spot on with what I wanted. The pedicure I got from Alana was the best I've ever had. The cut and color she just gave me was amazing too! The owner however is rude, patronizing and I am now choosing to go elsewhere because I don't like to support people that treat their customers or staff badly. She embarrassed her staff by talking down to her in front of me and then does the "Tell me what I can do better" nonsense in a soft, fake voice when I told her I didn't appreciate it. Don't be rude to your clients or your staff. It's shouldn't be that hard. Spent $290 on my hair, I didn't expect to leave annoyed yet here I am. I'm sure she has some sadness in her life to treat others in such a demeaning way, but if she can't manage to be polite she should hire someone else that can. read more

This spot was recommended to my by the concierge at H20 Suites and I had one of the best massages of my life today with Gail! I felt as if she totally listened to my questions and concerns regarding past injuries and intuitively hit all of the points where my tension had built up. My pedicure was also absolutely fabulous. I rode by on my bike numerous times sometimes taking in it as a salon, sometimes thinking it was a shop, never registering it was the same place, must have been the booze influencing my indecision! Left my group today after lunch to go "shopping", this was one of those times, I thought it was a shop. I walked in to a limited amount of jewelry, clothes, shoes & products, but enough to hold your attention. I saw some cute leggings, ring & earrings that I wanted. Walked out the back door to the most tranquil garden in the middle of the courtyard, surrounding by tiny rooms for salon treatments, marched right back in and booked a salt scrub and massage. Heck yeah, impromptu salt scrub, count me in! Loved it!! It was very reasonable, I did see a sign stating their prices were going up in January, but I sure was happy to hand then $75 for a salt body scrub and massage today! I was in Key West for a wedding and decided to go to Amri to get my hair done ( not an updo). Was staying at the Casa Marina Waldorf and Amri was the nearest hair salon. They don't take walk-ins due to COVID. So appointments are a must and you can make your appointments using their online booking tool. They do require a 50% deposit of whatever your service cost. Their system is rather easy to use. I did call the salon up to confirm my appointment since I did not get an email to confirm my online booking. I booked a shampoo and blowout service with April. It took just under an hour. What I like about April is she asked what I liked or preferred to see as the end result. She shampooed my hair and took her time to blow dry my hair. She did not rush through the entire process. April treated me with respect. I was very with hair blowout. Loved the curls on the hair!! Thank you April!!! read more

I am a nomad in a camper, and was desperately in need of roots and a cut when we arrived in Key West. How do you find a good stylist on the road, in a pinch? I took a chance with Isle Style and I am so pleased with the results. The salon is warm and inviting, with a boutique up front and the salon tucked in back. Your stylist ushers your to their chair through a lush open patio area framed by palms and comfortably chairs. My real good fortune was having Nick as my stylist. He treated me like a regular, not as a tourist passing through his chair. I badly needed a consult on color and styling and he walked me through it, step by step. He shared excellent advice I can now take on my journey to help me talk to my next stylist about what I need to do for my hair. I loved his ideas! I was pleased with the organic Davines products used at Isle Style and so happy with my cut and color. I left feeling pampered, prettier than when I came in, and that I had been in the hands of a kind soul. I have nothing but positive things to say about the therapeutic massage. We booked a couples session, and were given the choice of being inside in separate rooms or outside next to each other. We decided on outside, and despite the heat and humidity we were comfortable. After filling out paperwork that asked about what exactly you were looking for from the massage/areas you want to focus on etc., we met with and spoke with the two people who would be working with us. We walked through a beautiful garden/patio with near full coverage from the sun from plants and trees alone. Water fountains and incense burning made the session start before we even got to the tent. The tent was a large white event-like cabana. There were plenty of low-noise fans to keep us cool and they had music playing. We were given privacy while we changed and got on the tables under a sheet. Everything was impeccably clean and professional, and we were able to talk as much or as little as we wanted. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and beyond accommodating for both of our first professional massages. We left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed, perfect for enjoying the rest of our stay in the Keys. I'd recommend this to anyone! read more

The massage therapist, "Keeper," was warm, intuitive, and highly skilled, and his touch/pressure was just right throughout. Peggy did my hair--she took her time cutting, blow drying, and styling my hair, which is exactly what I wanted, unlike other hair salons where they cut with way too much haste that I am afraid they might stab me or slice me with their scissors. She only focused on me during the entire process. Hair cuts for women start at $45. Because I had long hair, my cut came out to be $55. Very decent price for the quality and time that was put into the job. I am a Los Angelina who cares a lot for her hair and for the quality hair cut that I received from Isle Style would have easily been in the $70 range. read more

I am a tourist, but have been here twice. I went about 2 years ago and received a great haircut (and a bargain compared to NYC!!), and went back a few weeks ago for an amazing spa day. The entire space is so tranquil, zen, relaxing, inspiring, etc (see, not enough adjectives!!). It truly is an oasis, a retreat, a place of solace. The treatment rooms all circle around a beautifully landscaped and decorated outdoor courtyard that just exudes the essence of tropics and Key West. You can lounge here between treatments or go to the air-conditioned waiting room if you're a wuss. The treatment rooms themselves are indeed indoors with AC. I booked 4 separate appointments online to basically create my own package since none of the offered packages were quite what I was looking for. I wasn't really expecting a "seamless experience" because it wasn't a true package per se, but the staff was savvy enough to make it so!! The 4 different therapists/aestheticians worked together to ensure I went smoothly from 1 treatment to the next with minimal disruption and maximum spa-awesomeness. The 4 employees I worked with were all amazing -- highly skilled, genuinely friendly, very professional. Other staff (such as front desk and in the boutique) are also friendly. Would (and will) go back in a heartbeat. Only "complaint" is I did have to pre-pay 50% online when I booked the appointments, which was a fair sum since I booked 4 treatments. I understand this is probably a necessity in such a tourist area, but a flat fee of $20 or so might suffice. read more
