My pedicure was wonderful! My girlfriend went with me and hers was not so good. Her technician cut her and it was bleeding along with pain. My number one problem was, we got the Deluxe which was $60 OK.... When we went to cash out it was an extra $25. They never told us that it was $5 to soak off the old gel and $20 if you get gel instead of Polish. I don't mind paying if I know ahead of time. read more

Went here because my usual place was booked up. It didn't seem very clean at all the woman doing my nails was super sloppy. Nails were different lengths and the job was shoddy overall. She was super rough with the nail buffer and ground them down until it felt like my real nails were gone before she put the acrylic on. Fast forward two weeks later, one fell off and I started getting pain with another nail. Decided to take them off and it turned out to be my worst nightmare.... She DID grind my actual nail down to nothing. I can't even describe the pain. I've been getting my nails done for 15 years and never had this happen... the photos will show it all. This is based on the overall experience of our group and not necessarily the quality of work since we never actually finished our pedicures. I made an appt for my bf, his mom, and I for 2:15pm but we used the address on Yelp which was incorrect (we've submitted a correction) so we arrived at 2:19pm which seemed fine at the time. We were greeted quickly and seated at some very amazing massage chairs... that's when things got interesting. My bf and I had great nail techs who got right to it ~ my tech even started the water for my bf's mom and got her situated. Everything seemed great until my bf's mom's nail tech disappeared (she'd only trimmed her nails at this point). At LEAST 20 minutes later, after a few joking comments about her disappearing and our nail techs exchanging looks, I asked my nail tech where she could have gone. Mind you, my bf and I were already ready for polish on our toes and my bf's mom had barely gotten started. I'd understand if we hadn't made an appt, but we did. My nail tech got up and knocked on a door to a massage/ waxing (?) room and told the tech she needed to come out. She sat back down for a second and disappeared again ~ that's when my bf's mom decided she was just going to leave. When the nail tech came back she seemed confused but was extremely rude. My bf's mom shared that we'd had an appt and couldn't believe the service. The nail tech's response was "well, you were late". Needless to say, my bf's mom just left and we, after expressing our gratitude to our nail techs shared we'd be leaving too. Before we even got up, my bf's mom's nail tech was greeting a new customer and bringing her to her area ~ which was ridiculous. It was all around a frustrating experience and it was very unfortunate to have witnessed such bad service. Please note that my bf and I did pay full price & tip for our 2 unfinished pedicures. Since my bf's mom didn't receive any services, she did not pay. It would have been great if there had been a discount offered for our unfinished-pedicures, but we did leave on our own accord. read more

I have been here a few times now for both mani/pedi basics and have left very impressed and satisfied each time. This small family owned business is very warm and inviting, and the salon is clean and well equipped to handle fills to basic polishes, to an extended menu of options including facials and more. There is also no shortage of nail polishes available to choose from in both regular and gel colors. During my most recent visits I tried a new OPI polish which was supposed to have the longevity somewhere between regular and a gel. It did not disappoint. I had the technician use the polish for my mani only as my hand polish usually lasts about a week tops. Much to my amazement I received a good 2+ weeks from the polish. Terrific! I will definitely be using this new polish each time I visit. It is totally worth it. The only downside to the polish is that since it is fairly new, there are not very many colors to choose from, which is a bit of a bummer. So I have to try and match a regular OPI polish to my hand polish when I'm trying to be consistent. The only hiccup was on my last visit I had made reservations in advance for my neighbor and me so we can be finished at the same time. She was taken after 10 minutes, and I waited over 30 minutes for someone to arrive and do my nails. Luckily my friend and I weren't in a rush. I received no recognition that they had my appointment, or apology for being late. I don't think that was very nice business practice. We clearly didn't finish together. My neighbor left and ran some errands. When she came back she was still waiting. All in all, I do like the salon very much and have considered it my new home for future nail appointments. I just hope they honor appointments in the future. read more

I came here because my regular salon couldn't take me today and I had to get a fill quickly. So I came in and they took me right away. The lady who I got was a Spanish women. The service was okay and I didn't really have any problems during my fill, but she does talk on the phone often. But when I went to pay she said it was 53 dollars. 53 DOLLARS? That's way too over priced for a simple acrylic fill. I had nothing special done to them or anything. I wanted to argue with her but I didn't think about that right away. My usual nail salon only charges me 35 dollars and does a much better job. Way too overpriced here. I don't know if it was a mistake or anything but 53 is way too much for a simple fill. read more

I'm from New Hampshire and didn't plan on getting my nails done because I had them done four days earlier for my wedding. I wasnt happy with the length because I knew they were too long and I dont operate with long nails. Anyways, I was here on my honeymoon and broke a nail getting into a hammock and was in so much pain. The nail completely detached but was still hanging on due to the glue. I went here and they shaved each nail down, repainted the French manicure and repaired the nail to look nice until it can fall off. They didn't charge me for any of the service and said it was their wedding gift to me. That really meant so much to me, the work was flawless and was done within 15 bonus. I live in Fort Lauderdale (not that far from the keys, a few hours) and I get a gel manicure every other week (25$) so at the end of this gel manicure after seeing on their price list "color gel 25$" she says "okay 38$" TO MY SURPRISE (NOT MENTIONED OR ASKED IF OKAY) the manicure part of the "GEL MANICURE" is an additional 18$ lmao. I got a pedicure and about a week later I took off the polish and found my toe nails were separating from the nail bed. I got a fungal infection from the dirty instruments used at the mid salon. I requested Kevin or Vanessa because the photos I saw on Yelp were mostly of their work, although I was unable to schedule with either (Kevin is no longer in Florida). I requested someone good at gel/shellac nails. "Uncle" was my technician and he did a fabulous job! He takes his time and has an especial attention to detail.
