The owner explained his side of story and I was reassure by his promises to deliver and gave us a royal treatment. Our driver was Bethany for my husband and I's Birthday celebration night. She called to ask if she can stock anything for us in the limo ride. And she was super professional and kind to us. We felt like rock stars. She provided excellent service and we will definitely use them again in the future. People seems to take time write about the bad experiences, but neglect the good reviews are important as well. I couldn't find a Lyft or Uber driver to take me to Fort Walton Beach so I asked around and Jeff came highly recommended from people at America's RV Superstore. It was refreshing to find a transportation service provider that wasn't part of a monopolizing rideshare service. It's obvious is only business is transportation and he takes it seriously. His vehicle was clean, comfortable and luxurious and Jeff was incredibly professional and courteous. He was a silver lining to an otherwise bad situation.

The owner, Barrett, picked us up at PCB on time (even though our chartered flight was running late). He greeted us with a smile, loaded us up, and loved our 2 dogs too! ;-) We used him upon return to PCB five days later. Not to my surprise, Barrett was early and let me know that he was available if we wanted to depart earlier (which we did). Again, very friendly and professional service all the way around. Then once we get got into the vehicle the door stripping was falling apart and duct tape was holding things together on the floor. Of course there was no AC. NONE of the seat belts worked and I had small children. Completely unacceptable. When I called to complain about the seat belts I was completely blown off. DO NOT USE BEACH BOYS!

Worst limo service ever! My sister booked them for her wedding. They arrived late to pick us up,…read moreand when they did arrive the back door was sticking and it took several tries to open it. The plastic on the side of the doors was torn up, not well maintained at all. Then the driver informed us that the back window was down and wouldn't roll back up so we would have to ride with it down. We had all paid to have hair done and rain was on the way. Then after telling him it was stifling hot he informed us that the AC was not good back there so he rolled down the window separating the back to the front and turned on a little fan. After complaining, he said that we were going to switch cars. We pulled into a parking lot, assuming that we were there to switch to a different car, but instead were there to meet a window repair man. He took the entire door off and fixed the window WHILE WE WERE IN THE CAR, SUPPOSED TO BE DRIVING TO THE WEDDING! Once it was fixed, we went on to the wedding location and the second car didn't show up until just minutes before we had to get out for the wedding. My sister reached out to Sheridan and he was very kind and apologetic, until she asked for a refund or at least a partial refund due to us not getting the services we paid for. After that he ignored all of her calls and messages and she hasn't been able to get in touch with him since! Our experience was not any better than if we had just gotten an Uber!

One experience I wouldn't even get paid to do, will definitely not recommend this service to anyone. When asking for a partial refund due the the unsatisfied customers the owner has yet to answer or reach back out to any phone calls.
