I stopped by Sharetea last night- I was craving a refreshing tea and they definitely delivered. Sharetea has a really extensive menu, and they load you up with boba, which I love. The girl working was super nice and helpful when I asked for guidance on my order. I ended up getting the Wintermelon Lemonade, which was light and refreshing- it hit the spot! I was the only customer when I showed up. It's a tad dark and quiet in there, but that doesn't bother me. I appreciated their variety of drink options; they had quite a few signs in-store with fresh features. I will be back to try a Thai Tea soon! read more

This is not my first time visiting a ShareTea, but I must say that I am so glad that they have one here in town. It's a little out of the way for me, but if I ever come back to town, I will definitely visit this place again. They offer a wide variety on their menu. And I like it a lot because you can choose what you like, ice level, sweetness and toppings. Most boba shops in town you're not able to do that, which is a total bummer. Sometimes competitors' drinks are too sweet or not sweet enough. Today, we tried their Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea and Thai Pearl Milk Tea. So delicious and creamy. We loved it. Sharetea is my favorite boba tea shop in ABQ so far and I'm just glad they finally decided to open this new shop up...even amidst COVID! I found their prices to be quite good ($5-$6)...well..given I only ordered one thing (a milk tea drink called QQ Family Milk Tea with all the toppings for people like me who just can't decide!) from them so far! Staff had always been polite and beamed with energy, the drinks are made fresh and the place looked clean..what more could I complain. If anything though..I wish they also had some sort of light snacks to sell as well. I'd love to have a tea shop be kind of a onestop shop where I can drink and eat merrily..and Sharetea would be even more awesome if they introduce light or finger food as well (after pandemic is over perhaps?). I've seen ShareTea in other towns that I have visited and am so excited that there is one in town! It's conveniently located on Montgomery next to Little Caesars and Wingstop, I'm glad it's closer to me than my favorite boba place. I got the Matcha Red Bean Ice Blended with Ice Cream which was great! I felt like the boba seemed smaller than normal but that could just be me, the boba wasn't as soft and chewy as I would have liked. I did stop by towards the end of closing so that could be the reason. Other than that, I enjoyed the rest of the drink. I am glad that they offer ice and sweetness levels, it helps so much! They started to make her drinks at 1:03. 2 staffs took almost 20 mins to make only 3 drinks (1 taro slush and 2 regular drinks no ice) was VERY INSUFFICIENT. They completely forgot to make my drinks until i stepped up to ask them where my drinks were. Both of them had bad attitude. They just looked at me without saying sorry about the wait. And even when they gave me drinks, still NO SORRY NO THANK YOU. 2 staffs were only able to make 5 drinks in 30 mins means INSUFFICIENT. Bad drinks are still acceptable because everyone has different taste, but bad customer service is UNACCEPTABLE. I could not be MORE thrilled that Sharetea is in Abq! They've got a solid variety of different drink options and toppings (not a lot of places have baby boba, but that's one of my faves), and having options for both cold and hot drinks, this is perfect year round. The taipioca pearls themselves are always quite good, while some of their other bottoms aren't great. Unlike some other places, fortunately they do a good job keeping sweetness levels consistent. TLDR: There are superior boba/tea shops in town concerning flavor, speed of service, and presentation. We were excited to have Sharetea open a location in town, though tempered our expectations as opening during a pandemic may cause a business to experience unanticipated additional growing pains. We tried Sharetea twice. First Visit: The first time the service was speedy, the staff were friendly, and the tea was alright. We got two teas each (a total of 4) to try what Sharetea had to offer. The taro milk tea was soulless. Had limited muted taro flavor, with a strong powder flavor. The boba pearls were tasty and didn't dissolve immediately when introduced to liquid. This drink was nothing spectacular, practically dirty milk with boba and light ice. The mango green tea was fantastic. Strong mango flavor and rich green tea undertones. Refreshing and delicious. At that point in time my review was up in the air. Perhaps the taro milk tea was a fluke, perhaps I needed to give them another try a few weeks after opening. Second Visit: ordered through door dash as their website said closed, although the store was clearly open. Tried the Homemade Taro tea for redemption. This is where Sharetea ran into some issues. I get an alert that my order is ready for pickup. I go in and the staff laughs at me stating they don't know what I'm talking about and that it's not here, then went back to chit chatting. I wait in line and speak with the individual who was behind the register. She was incredibly professional, I showed her the receipt on my phone and she stated that the order did not come through despite the fact that I paid. She gave me a stamp card with the top half filled out and put the order in. I was informed it would be done in 10 minutes. 40 minutes later my order was ready... WITH ONE DRINK MISSING! Get your stuff together Sharetea! The entire time the staff looks like craft class before school gets out. I have to give it to the lady behind the register who made the missing drink personally. She hustled, her staff was unsupportive. Another 10 minutes later the drink was done. Nearly an hour for drinks is absolutely unacceptable. I have yet to drink this order, but I already know I will not be back. The only reason they are getting a single star is because of the lady behind the register and because I have to on Yelp. Update: Drank the Taro tea, and found that it wasn't made correctly. The sweetness level was incorrect and they didn't add the pudding. Wasted time and money. What a shame. Probably my go to boba place if i had to pick. My go to drink is the classic pearl milk tea, black tea, low ice and 80% sweetness. I wouldn't recommend trying the crazy stuff on the menu. If you dont like it you are pretty much told you want something different you gotta pay even if it taste awful. Oreo boba is pretty good. Fruity drinks are really refreshing. Overall i would recommend, but i would say stick to the basics and if you want to try something new expect to possibly throw that money away. read more

I honestly have a hard time leaving reviews like this. I would have loved to have received a drink or even been able to get a drink to review. We came in to an empty shop and another customer arrived after us... so, we let her go ahead of us not knowing what the result would be. After I was helped I ended up waiting 15 minutes for my drink when I saw drink after drink being made right in front of me. There was only two people waiting for drinks & I was one of them, so you'd think that since we were already there in front of them waiting we'd be more of a priority. The workers did kindly ask me what my order number was, but it was only after the 3rd time they asked that someone thought it would be a good idea to actually check on my drink. I normally do not write reviews, however I came in yesterday night with my husband and it was a full house. Our order took awhile to come out, the drinks were pretty decent the price was ok however it was one employee that stood out. When this female employee gave us our drinks she could tell we were annoyed with the wait. She offered to give us an additional drink that would be free.
