You know, I've had all sorts of boba growing up, from instant powder to naturally brewed. So my standards change and adapt as I go. Being in NM for the weekend, I didn't really have high standards. They whisk it right there instead of pre-making it, so it does take a little longer, but that's to ensure the quality is there. You can really tell the difference compared to places that just pour from a batch. And seeing all the HATE toward management, and even some false accusations being spread, I honestly don't get where it's coming from, unless someone has a personal grudge or couldn't keep up with the level of quality that management aiming for. From what I can tell, management is trying their best to provide high-quality drinks while also listening to customer feedback and improving where they can. That's not easy to balance. I understand that sometimes letting someone go is necessary if they're not meeting expectations, it's part of keeping a business successful and continuing to grow. Every business has standards, and if those aren't met, changes have to be made. But when I see posts criticizing management, I can't help but wonder, would you rather keep an employee who doesn't meet expectations, or maintain higher standards to deliver better quality? At the end of the day, I'd rather support a place that takes pride in what they serve and holds a high standard, even if that means a little extra wait time. During my daily commute I've always passed this place but I never tried it. Today was the day I finally gave it a whirl. The staff was very friendly. The price wasn't too bad. The coffee ya know it actually wasn't bad. It tasted great. I added an extra shot of expresso to get that umph I needed. Worked like a charm. All I know is I gave my dog the pup cup, I blinked, and then it was gone. She was a happy camper. Overall it was a great experience. I definitely need to stop by more often. I'll definitely be back!
