Stopped by on my way between Sac and the bay area. They are located right off the freeway in a shopping plaza with Safeway. I ordered at the kiosk. I used their restroom - just ask the staff for the code. It was clean. And then my drink was ready when I came out. I got the passion chess. It was just what I expected. Passion fruit - sweet flavor with chewy boba and the lychee jelly. It hot the spot and kept me refreshed during my 1+ hour car ride, I still had left. Always a good sign when you walk in and smell tea and boba. Lol. They have decent seating inside. You can order on a screen by the register or just order from the employee. I've never had a bad experience at this location, friendly and quick. There's usually one or two people in the store when I come in. So usually not busy. Peach Mojito - 50% sweet. Ice wasn't adjusted so 50%+ filled up the cup. I should've reduced the ice because the actual amount of mojito was about 1/4 of the cup. I needed to wait for the ice to melt in order to enjoy what was left. I would order again with less or zero ice. QQ - 10% sweet. Wifey said, "it's alright". New Menu? Who dis?? I'm actually loving the new vibe here. The menu is simplified with lots of great choices. I tried the golden retriever with 50% sweetness because of the toppings and for me, it was great. Been trying to cut back on my sugar lately, but if you want it full sweet...go for it! I've always enjoyed going to Sharetea when I use to work in San Ramon, so I was thrilled to see that they were opening one in Fairfield. I decided to treat my family to bubble tea on Galentine's day since I was in the area for an appointment. This was my mom and sister's first time trying Sharetea, so they were in for the surprise of their lives! I ordered my usual Classic Oolong Pearl milk tea with lychee jelly (this time 30% sweet, when I normally order 0% sweetness), while my family ordered both taro iced blend with pudding & pearls and Thai ice blend with pearls. Everything was delicious and my family really enjoyed their drinks. Customer service was pretty good. The young man taking our order was patient with us, especially since my family didn't know what they wanted or how to order their drinks (in regards to ice and sweetness level). My usual place for when I'm craving fruit teas when I'm back in the Fairfield area. Their drinks have been consistent whenever I come here. I like Sharetea than the other boba places in the area because they have more of a selection for toppings. I ordered the Hawaii Fruit Tea with aiyu jelly, it's very tropical and zesty. Refreshing too! Not a lot of places have aiyu jelly either and it's my 2nd favorite topping next to boba. Inside is nice and clean, and the seating areas are now open. i came in with friends on a Saturday night at around 8:00. both employees on the line were making faces before we walked in so we questioned if the store was still opened. when we came inside, they had a clear attitude. after that, the cashier was being insanely rude when i had questions about a drink, she seemed annoyed that i was even asking her. the cashier was an asian girl with glasses and the other girl was white and has brown hair. the customer service skills here were not it at all. we were dealt with rudeness and didn't feel welcomed. please do better. read more

I am so glad I decided to stop here. This place was on point. The first thing you notice is the music as you walk in and of course that help to set up the verb for this place. Once you get and you can tell that it is very clean and that your service is great. That's hell a place should be you should know you're going to get good service as soon as you walk in. The best part about it that I like was getting a discounted drink for Veterans Day. Once we got those drinks it was on. There are various options and we enjoyed them as well. For instants I loved my passion fruit drink with the jellies in it it was super super Duper great. I think it was the best that I have had about 2 to 3 years. UPDATE: I returned today and ordered the Thai tea blended and it was delicious again! For that reason I'm upping my rating to 4 stars and putting the previous experience down to a one off. The staff were also very nice about it and apologetic. Hubby loved his peach kiwi tea also. Inconsistent drinks here sadly. I ordered the ice blended Thai milk tea and it was delicious the first time, so much that I returned the very next day and ordered it again. But the second time it was BAD. The ice was barely blended so every suck in the straw filled my mouth with ice chunks that I had to crunch to swallow. Not enjoyable at all. Great corner location makes it easy to find. There's lots of parking in the shopping area and they have adequate signage for required face masks. We ordered the matcha milk tea hot and the taro blended with pudding, both 50% less sugar. Both tasted great, no complaints about that. One area of concern...Hopefully management will reconsider the hot cup sleeves. The glued seam came apart on our hot matcha milk tea. Fortunately we didn't have an accident. Perhaps glue won't adhere well to the painted surface of the sleeve? Anyway, we appreciated the cheerful team of employees. They had lively island music playing and kept the store clean. They didn't find anything by that time because the incident happened on 4/2 and the inspector informed me that she would come to visit your store on 4/14, so yeah, I'm sure they didn't find anything in regards to my incident that happened on 4/2/23. When the inspector finally got back to me it was on 4/17. She actually mentioned that she did find a shattered container where a scoop is stored!! And yes, I am still upset after ALL these months! When I walked in, I was greeted at the door by two lovely people who also made my huge order of drinks. They were Bryan and Victoria! Both of them did an AMAZING job! There was only one drink that got mistaken and TBH it could have been on my part because I already had forgotten what I ordered, lol... but I wanted a Taro Iced blended instead of a Taro Milk Tea. The drinks are great as always however, my boba was little warm like it was fresh out of the pot lol it made my drink a little warmer than usual but eh, I'll live lol. Ayyye, so Sharetea finally made it's way to the 'fields. Honestly, Quickly, T4 and Milk tea Lab ain't got nothin' on Sharetea (in terms of boba shops in Fairfield). I've been to Sharetea many times at the Concord and SF locations and never had a problem with their drinks. I usually get the peach tea or kiwi tea at the other locations and thought I would spice things up and try a new fruit tea I haven't before at this location. The shop's interior gives off modern and chill vibes with brick-esque walls, patterned tiles, and not too harsh lighting. Furthermore, they have plexi-glass barriers set up and a long big red couch that nobody can sit on, but they're pretty on top of their game in terms of COVID precautionary measures. They have contactless payment and order ahead options. There's a lot to choose from on their menu--you can get fruit tea, milk tea, fresh milk and blended dranks. There's something for everyone. I came out here on a Monday around noontime. The shop was pretty dead with 2 workers chattin' it up until I came in. I did a quick skim through their posted menu and saw the passionfruit, orange, grapefruit tea. In my mind, I was like DAMN that's a lot of fruit jammed into one tea. So I ordered that with a scoop of boba and 50% suga. Drink came out to 5.50 + tip which was $6! Uggh, a bit expensive and they charge more for toppings, most place are $.50, but here it's $.75. Like why tho? Anyways, I paid and my drink was ready in less than 30 secs. I grabbed my drank and bounced. I shook up my tea and boba balls and stabbed the straw through. At first sip, I knew it was going to be my new fave drink. I could taste all the fruits coming through the straw--they all paired nicely together and there were fruity bits at the bottom. It was so good and so refreshing. The boba balls were at the right bouncy consistency and had a splash of brown sugar flavor to them. I want some right now as I'm typing this. Great drink on a hot asssk afternoon, as you anxiously wait for your car windows to be finished tinting nearby lol. Overall, easy order, easy pick up. The employees were chill and nice, layout of the shop was cool. Prices are kinda high but the quality of the tea is worth it. No indoor seating at the moment but they do have a table outside to max and relax. Located right off the freeway and across from Safeway. I'll be back for when I have a weekend boba craving or if I need to get something at Safeway ;P read more
