We knew the other manager before he took another store, but these girls have yet to disappoint. They took their baton and kept it pushing to the finish line. They are always smiling and have an amazing positive energy along with everyone else that I've come across (I am here a lot!) My husband jokes about me not needing coffee, but wanting to see everyone (we're not going to tell him that he's right, but he is! I look forward to my morning coffee and every in between throughout my day.) So much so that we joke that I work there without me really working there. A great big shout out to my DB kids at this W Texas location!! I love DB's for a number of tasty rebel reasons: 'Double blended Shark Attack, 1/4 sweet w 2 sour shots' is my favorite drink reason, and the Fruit Punch (with the same add ins) became a close second. But... The Beautiful Souls that work at this location are truly the brightest spot of many of my days! I am an energy person who appreciates honest, good folks and all of the staff at this DB's is exactly that! The personalities of these lovely people aren't 'overly' friendly where it feels fake, they are real people who are providing a service that I am sure most of us appreciate - if you don't maybe its the drink choice or maybe the Dutch aint for you LOL. I have adopted every one of my DB faces, and though I have a few frequent faces I see more often than others, I have a genuine love for all the people standing in extreme heat/cold, taking our orders and sending us off on our way a little better than when we pulled in. Strike 3 was today. I timed my visit because the last two times were long. I literally was in line for 28 minutes. My order was finally taken at the window. There are two lines. I went to the shortest line that is going through the parking lot. I saw the car that I could have been behind if I stayed in the longer line that blocked the driveway. I sat in line 7 minutes after I saw that car drive away. I can understand things happen and it can get busy in the morning. But 3 times in a row, is not acceptable for me. read more

I am happy that a Dutch Bros opened up closer near me! There was only a few times I went when I lived in the area but that was when I went up North towards Davis because that was the only one at the time! But now it's closer and I feel so lucky haha. I love the Annihilator drink. It's not too sweet and doesn't have a strong coffee taste. It's just right! I also don't order it with whip, I worry it'll make it too sweet for me. I took my dog with me to get coffee and they saw him when they took my order and offered a pup cup! I had no idea they offered those at Dutch Bros so I obviously said yes and got my fur baby a pup cup. They also provide a little treat with the whip cream! My fiance also ordered a green tea and added a flavor to it. I can't remember which but he did say it tasted very delicious and flavorful. They must have infused it really well! The service has been really great coming here. The workers always greet you at the window and they have conversations with me as they prep my drink - but the small talk is definitely very friendly. So today I went to Dutch Bros coffee and the first red flag is they charged me $25 for drinks and I know it sounds a lot but all the drinks we got two medium drinks and one small that should be that should be no more than $15-$20 but we already paid an outrageous amount for drinks then guess what two of the drinks came out bad we got a kicker and we got a campout cold brew and both of our drinks, they taste water down and then after a while of sipping they started to taste so bad and then they started to taste like straight up water. You can almost never go wrong with Dutch Bros. I usually get a double torture freeze half sweet. It's the perfect cold coffee drink. Enough caffeine to get me energized for a full day of teaching, or a day of socializing ( fellow introvert here). Baristas are awesome too!!! read more

There's two lines, the one closest to the entrance is long, go to the all the way left inside line for faster service and you won't block traffic coming in. I tried the iced horchata chai latte even though I usually get the annihilator because I wasn't feeling coffee and it was so delightful, you can taste the chai lightly but to me it taste a bit more like banana for some reason but I sure ain't hatin! They have two drive thru lines. Sometimes the wait is long, it just depends on the time of the day. There is someone who will go up to your car and take your order. Right now, they have there holiday menu up. If you just want the full menu, then you have to look at the website. I tried the hot hazelnut truffle mocha with oat milk. It was good. Not too sweet. Usually their drinks are on the sweeter side, but I liked this one. I also tried iced sugar n spice oat milk latte. This is the second time I tried this location and both times I was waiting for 20 minutes after ordering. I've been to single window locations and they move 3x as fast. There are 2 locations in Vacaville and you can drive there get your drink in less time than going to this location. Even if you live in Suisun. I don't recommend this location at all. read more
