Personally, I don't think you can go wrong with any of them, especially the ones in Katy Asian Town, but I've determined Sharetea to be my favorite. Glad there are more selections for boba in katy now. Sharetea is always a solid choice when wanting some good tea. I really like their oolong milk tea and QQ Happy family milk tea. Felt a little adventurous and asked if they can make a hybrid of the 2 for me, so basically a QQ with oolong tea instead of the standard black tea found in most milk teas. Love the drinks here, especially the ones with ice cream. You can have the ice cream blended with your drink or they can place a scoop in the cup. It's delicious no matter which way you order it! Everyone that knows me knows that Sharetea is my go to milk tea place! The drinks are consistent no matter which location you go too. I have been to 5 different shareteas in different cities and the flavor is exactly the same at each one. Sharetea as a brand is definitely a 5/5. However, at this specific Katy location the customer service aspect dropped for me. I visited with my cousin yesterday and we ordered a total of 6 drinks. My cousin ordered a Taro Milk tea with herbal jelly. When the drink came out, it had pearls and herbal jelly. We asked the girl employee who gave us the drink and she said "no I know exactly what you ordered and this is it" with a not so great attitude. Granted she was not even the person that took our order, she did not have to react in that way. Luckily, another employee overheard and was willing to remove the pearl (Thank you for that sir)! The same girl employee continued to bag our drinks. We noticed one of them was not ours and told her that it was not ours and she still put it in the bag and said "no you take it". We took it out ourselves and low and behold it was for the order number after ours... all in all an annoying experience at Sharetea. I wont let a bad customer service experience bring down my overall feelings towards the brand and flavors of drink though. When it comes to that, the flavor truly is the best compared to other milk tea competitors. Just wish every visit was consistent with customer service. read more

Wow! It was my first time coming into Sharetea, I wasn't expecting it to be busy but boy was I wrong, It was so packed in there!! I was hesitant about ordering considering there was a long line and a lot of people waiting but I did anyways, the cashier was nice, she was efficient too! and the person making drinks was so fast! it was crazy how fast they were getting drinks out considering how busy it was! i love Sharetea because they have lots of different options to choose from and they consistently make all their drinks really well. some of my current favorites are Wintermelon Tea with Herb Jelly and Pearl , Ginger Tea with Herb Jelly , and Fresh Milk Tea with Almond Milk with Pearl. I'm always craving Milk Tea, and since i've cut dairy out of my diet it's been a struggle, so i am so glad that they offer almond milk as a substitute ! They have many options. They finally got Thai Tea! I would recommend it with less sugar (and blended). The Match Milk Tea is good too. There are a lot of options in this shopping center but this is my go to place. It was busy on a Saturday afternoon and is getting more difficult to find close parking. We had high hopes for Taro tea here but when we got it it was watered down no matter if the straw was at top middle or bottom away from the ice. It tasted like watered down tea that someone accidentally dropped a Taro drink and a drop of that drink fell into it. We went back told them but was informed company policy they aren't allowed to remake drinks or do anything to fix it. That was really disappointing. As a new business just know happy customers goes a long way and we are extremely disappointed and unhappy. So if you want to check this place out better hope you like your drink or you will be shit out of luck.. Go anywhere else but here. Save your time and 5 bucks. Find a place that actually prides in customer satisfaction. BTW the Taro was grey and white when it's widely known for its purple hue. Maybe that's why it had no flavor at all. I'm a fan of Sharetea Chinatown so when I heard they opened one in Katy Asian Town, I decided to give it a try since I was craving for some tea. Unfortunately, everything was a big disappointment. I ordered one Oolong milk tea and my friend got a Strawberry smoothie (or whatever it's called) and it took forever for them to make it. For the tea, the sugar level was wrong, what I got was much sweeter than that it was supposed to be. The smoothie was too watery and tasted so artificially (like strawberry jam with ice). Last but not least, there was one girl who looked like she was in charge of the place, she had an unfriendly look on her face which made me feel even more unwelcoming. I know you just opened so maybe you're worried but please try your best or your business is going down. It's so competitive in that area right now, and you're not the only one selling milk tea. This review is for the service. After waiting for quite some time in line, I placed my order for four drinks. As I am watching them make my drinks, I realize that they had already finished making the drinks of the customers who ordered after me. When I asked them about this they said they were told to complete smaller drink orders first, but I should not worry because they still hand out the drinks in the order they were received. I told her that didn't make any sense and they should simply make the drinks in the order they were received. This location also seems to be the last to update their menu with the new drinks. We went for their soft opening on Sunday. The inside decor is much more industrial and urban compared to the Bellaire location. It took about 15 minutes for them to make our drinks (no line ahead of us) so it was a bit of a wait. However, I understand the staff are probably still training and I expect it to be faster with more experience. The drinks tasted good, up to par with the Bellaire location.
