I didn't feel rushed and they were knowledgeable and friendly when advising about which sweetness to get. I got 50% sweet and am not disappointed. I got the mango green tea milk tea. the drinks are pretty much the same compared to other locations, I dont think that its TARO-ble at all! If you want good service stop by the weekday and its much more faster and accurate than how it was for the soft opening week. Opening weekend will be crazy and overflowing, so hopefully as the hype dies down we can really see the quali-TEA of this shop! :) read more

I'm more used to Vietnamese-style boba drinks. This is more of your traditional Taiwanese milk teas but still very yummy. Their menu doesn't really explain what's in all of their drinks and we unfortunately didn't get a chance to ask much about them since they were busy (even on a Sunday evening!) and a line was forming. I would maybe recommend looking up their menu online before coming here, especially if it's your first time and you're not sure what to order. This would be my reason for not giving them a full 5 stars. My husband went with our usual go-to boba drink: taro blended and substituted the pudding for more boba... very yummy and the boba was definitely prepared right!! Only thing I would say is that I'm not sure if it was from fresh taro (again I didn't get a chance to ask because they were busy) but even if it is from a powder, it definitely does not taste like the generic stuff. I decided to try their Milk Tea Ice Blended with Pearl... my husband ended up taking mine!! Next time I'm in town I'll try to explore their menu a little more read more

I really enjoyed reading all the sticky notes they have up on the wall from customers. The content is entertaining and overall makes for a cute decoration for an otherwise boring wall. Bubble tea to me is overall the same in the Seattle area, but Sharetea offers a bit more space for seating and they're flavors are on point and consistent! I've had sharetea before elsewhere so I know it is good. But waiting 20 minutes (and counting) is not acceptable. Hire more people maybe? (Update) after 30 minutes had to ask for refund as we were late for our movie time. Owner was nice enough to respond but we still didn't get to have our bubble tea. Update: This venue has improved so much since the last review I gave. The crew works hard to get your drink you fast and they provide excellent customer service. They are very pleasant and friendly. You can say I'm a regular. I'm a fan of their black or green milk tea. We order 3-4 drinks every time we stop by. They welcome you the moment you walk through the door. I've been to this location a few time...I like the Hawaiian fruit tea with added boba. Usually they are not busy, but on the weekend the place can be pack. The only issue I've have experienced at this location is waiting for my drink can take longer than usual at time even when they are not too busy. read more

I love Sharetea, however, this location needs some improvement. I've been here a couple of times but the quality is not the same as other Sharetea locations. - When we order the milk tea slush, they don't allow half sweet requests, although we told them that other locations do. They commented that it's not that sweet, but the drink ended up so sweet that we had to remix it at home lol. - Ordering your drink doesn't take long, but they take super long to make the drinks. I understand the staff is new, so hopefully overtime it'll get better. - The drinks are not filled to the top, but it's not worth waiting in line again for them to fix it. Overall, I'm going to wait a couple months before coming back to this location again. Hopefully by then, they'll have their quality control up to standards. read more

Sharetea is just getting better and better now! I was not a big fan the first time I went but I've been coming here lately over other places and I don't regret it. I usually come here in the afternoon on Fridays and it's not that crowded and the wait is short which is great. I've tried other flavors that my friends recommended me like the honey milk tea and they taste soooo GOOD! They put so much boba in the drinks and it makes my stomach so happyyyy. Back when I heard Sharetea was opening up in Lynnwood I was super excited. I've tried it many times back in Cali and I knew I would be visiting this location very often. I usually order their wintermelon milk tea with grass jelly, hokkaido, mango green tea crema, and coffee blended with ice cream. Favorite Boba franchise, hands down for consistency. My favorite thing is to walk into the shop, the amazing aromas of the teas are such a great thing to walk into. Everything is tasty, but if you have a big sweet tooth go for the Okinawa with boba and pudding, or boba and lychee jelly. It's crazy sweet but the flavor is great (this one they can't adjust the sugar level). But really all the flavors are spot on. Just wish there were more locations closer to me! read more

Best ShareTea of all nearby ShareTea locations. I ordered a Milk Tea Family drink with almond milk, zero sugar and regular ice. The drink was made, I grabbed it and left the store to my car. When I made it to my car, I realized that made me the drink with 100% sugar. I was visibly SHOOK. I said "They gave me 100% when I said 0%, where's Yelp, I need to give a 1-star review" (insert laugh track). I always order the same style of drink as a part time vegan. I decided to bring my 100% sugar drink back in and ask for the correct order since I try not to do too much sugar for health and paranoia reasons. When I went in, there was a long line of customers waiting for their number to be called. I spoke with the nice employee at the cashier and explained what happened. He apologized and then almost immediately, they made me a brand new drink with 0% sugar.. get this, BEFORE any of the other customers got their drinks!! Probably the best customer service I've received from any boba places. I got back to my car and was like "That's a 5-star Yelp review right there". They changed my mind in literally a few seconds (insert laugh track). Very understanding and awesome service, especially given how complicated my order can be now that I think of it.. (I asked what to do with my other drink and they said you can either keep it or toss it out. I gave it to someone else). The girl that helped me was very nice and super helpful. I learned what creama was and boy do I love it!! I LOVE coffee milk tea, but many places don't make it very well.
