I'm from Taiwan and I've been buying drinks from Sharetea over there for 10 plus year. I visited this location with my husband last weekend, and was not really impressed. Not bad, not great, just ordinary. I ordered the fresh milk tea with boba, the milk tea was really dark (indicating not enough milk was added) and the boba was just ok, not as tasty as it can be. The trend now for boba is to cook them in black sugar, it just gives the boba more of a caramel flavor and more depth. I couldn't really taste the black sugar here, maybe Sharetea does not cook their boba this way at all. I don't know. A tip here, for health conscious people. They only add real milk to their drinks in the fresh milk tea section on the menu. For everything else they add non dairy creamer (including the fancy sounding Japanese milk teas). The milk tea here is some of the best. They don't skimp on the milk or the flavors. The ice blended drinks are well-mixed and beautifully smooth. The fresh taro could use a little more blending. The egg pudding, my favorite, is very silky in texture. There is a crazy amount of customization you can do for your drink (sweetness and ice levels, toppings, etc). So once in a while, they might not get my order right 100%. But that's ok. I'm not perfect, either. read more

I love Sharetea! I was really excited to hear that this location opened up! It's across the street from the mall near Kohl's. I went on a Saturday evening. There were a lot of people working, which was nice! I ordered a ginger milk tea with boba and lychee, regular sweetness and ice. I waited about 5 minutes, which wasn't a big deal, since there were some large orders before me. Their boba is super good and the perfect texture! And I love love love their lychee jelly! The milk tea itself was a little too sweet for me, so I think I'll order it less sweet next time. Busy place and fairly efficient service. However, organization of order tracking is lacking and staff interactions were meh. Most notably, however, the blenders they use have dull blades and thus create chunky smoothies. For a place that prides itself on milk teas and blended drinks, blade sharpness and timely replacement is a must. Non-smooth smoothies are a problem and ice chunks are never welcome. That being said, I may give it another try to see if things improve. read more

Love, love this place. They not only offer cold boba drinks, but they have hot ones as well! So you come in for some tea and you are welcomed to leave your stamp statement or drawing on a post it note! Very fun idea and makes for a cool space. The staff was helpful and friendly and the prices were the usual for this type of drinks. So they have fresh milk teas and they have hadmade taro as well instead of powder taro. Of course they have the non-dairy milk tea powder for people like me, and my hot drink today was stellar! I ordered the mango green milk tea without pearls (hot) with 30% sweetness and it surpassed my expectations! I will be back for the teas and to draw some more! read more

Love their Happy QQ Family drinks! I like how they change the management now. You can customize your drinks by remove some toppings you dont like and substitute for something else with free of charge. You can always order online and pick it up. Much faster and more convenient. They have iced drinks, hot drinks, milk tea. Pretty much what you could get at any bubble tea shop. I got the Strawberry Ice Blended with Lychee and Ice Cream. It was pretty good! Sort of taste like a strawberry creamsicle. It was very very sweet, like overload of sweetness. But i wouldn't not come back and try their other beverages. Came on a saturday afternoon and there wasn't a line which was great. Nice to have sharetea up north. I always order the QQ happy family milk tea, today, I ask for 60% sugar and they gave me 80% but it's okay, it wasn't too sweet. I ask about how the point system works and the cashier didnt know, then an older gentleman (perhaps the owner or manager) came over and spoke very gently that I had to save all the receipts which wouldn't make sense to save everything. Then another young girl told me the proper way of accumulating the points by texting to the number or onto the app. Drinks are not bad, but not worth waiting in line for 30 mins or an hour. Getting some boba has been one of my favorite indulgences right now, and my partner and I both prefer ShareTea over the Kung Fu Tea that's nearby. My personal faves are their Okinawa milk tea, and milk tea with crema! The crema is basically a thick salted milk foam that gives a beautiful smooth texture to the drink. Another plus is that you can fully customize the sweetness of your drink, as well as how much ice you have. I was so happy to see a Sharetea located up north! I've been waiting for this place to open since May, when they were originally supposed to open. It's located in a little plaza in front of Kohl's, near Target and across from Alderwood Mall. The parking lot is very small and narrow so it can be inconvenient and annoying, but I try to go during dead hours so that helps. There's also additional parking by the other stores if you don't mind a little walk. The place itself is pretty small like the other locations. There's some tables and seats inside, but it you're here during busy hours, they're likely not available. It will get very crowded and cramped so just be aware of that if you don't like dealing with lots of people in a tighter space. I came in during their soft opening and ordered a Classic Pearl Black Milk Tea. It was a bit too sweet but still pretty good. I was disappointed with the consistency of the tapioca though. It didn't seem fresh, as if it had been sitting out for a while. I'm hoping to come back here again soon after their grand opening to try again. The staff here are friendly, energetic, and quick. This place has been one of my favorite milk tea places! They make great milk tea consistently and very good boba with amazing texture & not soggy (to me consistency matters a lot, I don't like my drink to taste different every time I go to a drink place, which surprisingly happens a lot if it's a different person that makes your drink). But every time I go to Sharetea, I always get exactly what I expected with no bad surprise! And customer service is great consistently so far. I also love that they offer vegan option - oat milk and other plant milk for those that don't want dairy or just have lactose intolerant :)! I was so glad when I heard about ShareTea opening up in the north end! Most bubble tea places make their drinks way too sweet for me so I love that they let you adjust the sweetness and ice levels. I usually get Oolong milk tea with lychee jelly and pudding and I have to say they have the best pudding out of all the other places I've tried. During the holidays, they had a Thai milk tea that was amazing and I hope they eventually bring back! I've been a handful of times since they have opened up in Lynnwood and have to say their customer service is great. All the workers are very friendly every time we go. Last night we stopped by and it was still pretty busy at 9pm. The girl had mixed up my order and when I mentioned it she offered to re-make it right away! If you haven't been to Sharetea, you should definitely try it! It's my favorite place to get bubble tea, and this Lynnwood location has been my favorite so far! Their drinks taste so good, and fresh. Sometimes other bubble tea places tend to be powdery with no flavor. You'll notice a huge difference with their tapioca too! The pearls have the perfect consistency, and are coated with flavor. I love being able to modify how much ice/sugar I want. I usually order honey milk tea w/ pudding + tapioca, less ice and less sugar OR wintermelon fresh milk tea w/ tapioca and less ice (you can't modify the sugar amount for this drink) Super quick, and friendly service! read more

The best boba cafe in Lynnwood. I enjoy coming here regularly. The boba is soft & well made, you can customize your drink and there are a wide variety of drink choices on the menu. The atmosphere is great & I love how it really gathers the Asian American community in Lynnwood. Additionally, it's sparkling clean and pet friendly. I bring my pug, Blaire, here and she loves it. The baristas are nice, happy and friendly! There is plenty of seating and board games. You can even start a punch card to get a 10th free drink after you accumulate 9 punches. read more

I noticed that Sharetea was finally open (soft open) and had to stop in. I walked in on a weekday evening and it was pretty quiet. One of the reasons I prefer Sharetea over other bubble tea places is that it's always consistent - this Lynnwood location is on par. My hokkaido pearl milk tea was great and as expected.
