What I really appreciate is that they help you choose fish wisely so that when you bring a new pet home, it actually has a strong chance of survival in your tank. That kind of guidance matters. The staff is always so friendly and helpful (in the five plus years I've been going, I've literally never had a bad experience with them!) and will even put your purchase in a gift bag so it's all ready to give as a gift.
