Our dog, Jax, was been coming here for years for routine checkups and immunizations, but when it was discovered he had cancer in one of his dew claws, we were grateful that the cancer was skillfully removed with great care. Jax recovered fully. Then when Scout, one of our elderly cats, was so ill that he couldn't go on, the staff made him and us comfortable as we said goodbye to him. Their empathy and final care was so appreciated. And now, Steve, our Turkish Van of 13 years, has become ill and has been seen by both Dr. Ryan Gates and Dr. Eric Allie. I am so grateful to how kind, gentle and patient they were with him on both visits. Both vets were also patient with me, as I had so many questions for them, and they provided answers to everything. My wife and I deeply appreciate this clinic and staff for all they have done for our beloved pets.

I eventually acquired two yappy Yorkie-Poos who have been patients there for the past 14-15 years. They have received such loving care from the doctors and staff, the best advice whenever they are sick, and my two "yappers" are never afraid when they arrive and while being examined. To be told someone was supposed to call me, they were also supposed to call on a scheduled follow up on Weds but that never came. I have been worried if she was allergic or something was going on from days of panting. What I was told after the 10th call was that she will need to come in for an x-ray.. REALLY?! An X-ray. That couldn't have been communicated days before as I sit around helpless. All these calls are me reaching out to them and 0 calls in return Very upsetting. He snapped at me saying it would kill my kitten.. he charged me full price and removed some if the flea meds out of the box cuz he didn't approve of me taking the flea meds home when he was that young but the VET said i could and the guy at the desk took them out box n gave me 1 pack n took the others out of that box n charged me .. he refused me service that the vet told me i could have. And no extra charge. They are not all about the money, they really want what's best for your pet. I've read a couple of the bad reviews here... if you're mad about the way they trim your dogs nails, COMMUNICATE with them about the best position for your dog to be calm and still have a nail trim. If you're upset about your cat not getting treatment because you cant afford to pay your bill, PAY YOUR BILL or go somewhere that has a payment plan for you. You wouldn't want to go to work and not receive payment now would you?
