Got a wash, blowdry, and styling here for an event because it was the only place I could get in on…read morea Sunday morning. Absolutely hated it. I can't even say you get what you pay for because it was $59 before tip, which is more than I pay at an actual blowout bar I normally go to. I still tipped $10 even though I wasn't happy with it. I had a female start my wash and then I got passed off to David, who I showed a photo of a blowout to and just said I wanted volume, and he said "yes of course we can do that." He didn't even do the front of my hair so I left with straight wet strands in the front. He kept dropping stuff and burning my scalp with the blow dryer. I didn't say anything at the time because they had customers after me and I was in a time crunch. When I looked at it at home, my mom asked what I even got done. My hair looked no different than when I air dry it. I used my Shark blow dryer to fix it myself after and even that came out better.
