If the stylist had told me it wasn't realistic to do that to my hair etc, I would have been totally fine with it. The manager dodged my calls, I was told she would be calling me back multiple times and never received one. After calling the salon 8 times to speak to someone, I finally got ahold of the manager. Who proceeded to tell me that "she thinks it's a really pretty color I got" even though it's Hellen Keller could see it's not what I asked for. She tried to gaslight me by telling me the issue was my thin hair, as if that somehow affects the color...? Basically that she would do nothing because it wasn't a poor color job, in her opinion, just not what I requested.Then accused me of lying when I said that inability to replicate a color is something the stylist should have brought up to me beforehand. Said she would pull up security footage to see what was said in the appointment and give me a call back. Never received a call back and when I called was told she would be out the rest of the week. They clearly have no intention of resolving this issue. HORRIBLE business practices, and untalented coloring but mostly terrible management. Wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone, especially for the outrageous price tag.

They asked me what I wanted and then they did their thing. Again, they were so fast. They don't check with you to see if you like the end result so I made sure to let them know I wanted my kids hair shorter and the stylist went ahead and cut it shorter. The quality has been consistently good over the decades as well. The service might vary for some. The ladies there speak barely enough English to get by. It's never been a problem for me since I speak Vietnamese fluently enough, but I've seen a lot of communication issues between them and English speaking clients while I was there. They are still very polite, just don't expect much chit-chat in English.
