Our hair stylist, Trish, was friendly, patient and quick - everything you want from the person cutting your child's hair! Our almost two year old played musical "vehicles" since instead of chairs, they have fun cars for the kids to sit in. Once he finally settled on the fire truck, she asked us if TV would work so we turned on his favorite show. I really appreciated how she walked not only the parents through what she was doing, but also my son so he was never surprised. "I'm the comb with water now" and letting him feel the buzz before she worked on his neck. At the end he got a balloon and was so happy. He didn't cry once, if he started to fidget, she just worked faster while maintaining her on quality check. She has no problems with us combing through and asking that a few missed pieces be touched up. Great experience overall. So glad Sharkey's opened here!
