You changed the beef!!! I'm so disappointed that this place lowered their quality of beef. They used to have a hand made patty with flavor and cooked perfectly. Now it's a round obvious frozen patty that was formed by a machine. Man, what a huge and disappointing lunch today. Also, when you order a lettuce wrapped burger, they cut the lettuce in half and lay the patty on top. There is no way to wrap it if it's cut! OMG! Just tried this burger spot inside a gas station! It's my new go to! I ordered the A1 mushroom Swiss burger with bacon. It has two patties, crisp fresh veggies. Was fantastic!! We live nearby and decided to go check the place out. It seemed very basic to us. Not much of a menu choice or any burgers that stood out to us . Basic fry or tots to go with. Sold separately. Chicken nuggets. There is no sea food here. No real shark burger either! Don't be mislead. We watched four young teenagers talk up front as it was quite slow. The parking wasn't the best either. First time here and was greeted right away, explained the menu and the staff was patient as I made my decision. I ordered The Great White burger & Fries. Burger was good, Burger patties pressed well and cooked to a medium well and all the toppings were perfect down to the crispy bacon, the bun was a nice brioche type bun that tied the burger together very well. The fries were not as good, I may be wrong, but they were like those frozen bag fries you get from Cisco, no seasoning on them. I asked and was given ranch, but the ranch was awful, almost tasted like bleu cheese. So, pairing the fries with the ranch wasn't the best experience. We frequent the original location & rave about it often. We picked up dinner at this location for the first time last night because it was on the way & I was super disappointed. Our burgers had zero flavor & I'm assuming the burger wasn't seasoned. Also they barely had any sharks sauce. I am not sure if it just so happened to be this location. I am very nervous to try again when there's other options around. We will give it another go for redemption so be on the look for an updated review...hopefully in the right direction! read more

First time at Sharks burger. I came here because of the mostly great reviews. I asked the cashier about an allergen/ingredient list and he was zero help. He pointed to a menu and says it's right here. I asked to see a label of the bun since no allergen menu could be provided. He said he couldn't. My child can't have dairy and wanted to ensure the buns don't include any...not risking her health with a poorly customer focused individual (Aiden). He said they didn't, but l don't trust this without confirming. Non accommodating restaurant, unprepared with allergen information, rude cashier and unlikely will get any future business from me. To top it off...the Power flashed off for about 1 minute, one of the cooks in the back says are you "F$%K!NG kidding me." So Loudly that could easily be heard thru the restaurant while families with little kids are waiting for food. The kids at least liked the food! Thus I gave it an extra star! This is the second location for Shark Burger, and tonight was just a soft opening, but judging by the steady line of customers, their reputation has preceded them. Burgers are great. You can build your own or they have a rotating set of special burgers you can order. I love the shark sauce which I think is a mixture of mayo, ketchup and sriracha. The buns are brioche. Really good burger! Probably best I've had in CP/Leander. Got the Philly Burger with Fries and they were both piping hot and delicious. Very hearty portions, too! Menu is a bit limited. As the fries are "battered" would love to see them try Onion Rings. Not to be like everybody else, but shakes would be nice too! Biggest gripe I have with the place is the fact that they only offer packets of condiments. I don't feel like I generally use A LOT of ketchup, but ended up using like 8 packets that was pretty annoying. Maybe a pump or squirt bottles would be better, also a ding is that they offered French's ketchup instead of the usual Heinz or Hunt's. Came here with a group of friends and we had a great experience. The service was efficient and the food was great! The burgers are well made and filling, the fries/tots are nice and crispy, and the "shark bites" (aka chicken nuggets) are juicy and not too bready. Definitely an underrated spot. The restaurant was dirty, bathroom sink was out of order, the soda machine had several flavors empty or out of order. The staff were zombies and didn't interact with the customers except to take orders and call a name for pick up. Was there for an hour and never saw anyone clean or come from behind the counter once. Definitely felt like there was something going on and no one wanted to be there. We ordered online, for pickup ASAP. The food was ready EXACTLY at the estimated time - my husband unfortunately was held up in traffic so he arrived about 10 minutes late (our fault) and texted in that he was there. The restaurant didn't bring the food out to him for another ten minutes, so at that point the food had been sitting for 20 minutes. As for the food - holy moly! Even after driving our food back home (another 10-15 min) these fries were incredibly crunchy and super tasty! My children INHALED their kids meal cheeseburgers and tots. I have to complain a bit about their tot portions - they were really tiny. I ended up having to share my fries with them. The Mr and I both got the white cheddar burger and it was a messy and delicious option. All changes to our order were done properly, and I hardly ever get to say that! Overall I think the price is about right for the product taste-wise. These aren't fast food burgers and fries. Assuming you can get your food to your table in a reasonable time frame I think this place is a pretty good buy for family burger night! read more
