I've been to several locations for Sharks but this one is just slightly off the mark. It's hard not to do fried chicken and fish right when you're following the same routine as other branches of the same chain but they did. I had the large chicken tenders dinner and my wife ordered the catfish fillet dinner. Well, my chicken tasted like it was just this side of done, as if it had been removed from cooking a minute or so too soon. My fries were also not crisp, again as if they had been pulled out just a little too soon. What my wife got was catfish steaks when she specifically requested fillets. When she called, they said "Oh, we don't have a meal that has 5 fillets" which they said nothing about while we were there. All in all, with SO many other "fish in the sea" (places to eat in the area including several other Sharks locations) your money is better spent elsewhere. This review is for Shark's - their chicken is always wonderful & fresh & I love their lemon pepper seasoning. I enjoy a little bit of sauce with my chicken & appreciate the mild sauce they include - it's the happy medium that fits into "not ketchup, not hot sauce." Their fries are great too - not skinny & not potato wedges. This place is my go-to for chicken, because the food & service (I've only ever gotten food for pick up) is good! I've yet to try their other items, but I'll be returning often. read more

So far I'm not impressed. Why? When I walked in I was greeted well and initially asked about the special for a fish dinner. It was a clear question with an extended answer, "what kind of fish is used for the fish special on three board?". The guy behind the counter said cod so I asked if I could get catfish fillets instead. He said "sure", then asked how many pieces I wanted, giving me choices for the count. I said that I want 5 pieces and asked again if the dinner was catfish fillets, not steaks (I'm not a fan of fish with bones). Once he confirmed that I could get fillets in a 5 piece dinner, he shouted back to another guy for a large catfish dinner with lemon paper. Ok, so pickup and pay, drive about 15 minutes home, get settled, prepare to smash...WRONG ORDER. Five pieces of catfish steaks...grrrrr. When I called to explain the mix up I was told that I could bring it back for a correct order...Thanks but no thanks. That's 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back, not including any cooking delay and trying to get settled again. Not happy & famished. Yes, the food was good, good enough for a quick meal, but again, after all of that confirmation, NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Oh, and going here was a whim because Wing Wah was closed around the corner. My son was a regular customer at this location until last week, when he witnessed the cook drop 2 pieces of fish on the floor. The cook placed the fish in the food container as if nothing happened but my son brought it to his attention and asked for his money back. The cook said he would cook another batch and he did but my son discovered it to be under-cooked when he got home. When my son returned with the food, he asked for a refund but the same cook refused and walked away from the counter.
