There are 2 rooms at the Steinway location - Brick Room & Glow Room. We booked the Brick Room; I found that this room to be slightly more private compared to the Glow Room which is directly in the line of sight of the entrance. Speaking of the entrance, ~5 minutes before your reservation time, you will get a code to unlock the main entrance. I felt super secure knowing that anyone who was entering or exiting was actually supposed to be there. We were a group of 2 and the Brick Room was plenty of space for us. There was a spacious lounge area and included a bluetooth speaker, Apple TV, and mini fridge. It's also BYOB! I like that we were able to connect our own music and just vibe out while playing billiards for the 1 hour we booked. It was such a fun time and I would totally do it again.
