They understand how to explain treatments and procedures in a professional and easily accessible manner. I was told the veterinarian would examine them and provide answers as soon as possible. It has now been over a week, and I have received no updates, no results, and no communication from the doctor. During this time, I have called three separate times asking for information. Each time, I was told that someone would speak with the veterinarian and get back to me, but no one ever returned my calls. This situation is especially frustrating because I have other birds that are currently sick, and the results from these birds could be critical in helping me determine the next steps for their care. Waiting over a week without any communication is unacceptable. I understand that veterinary practices can be busy, but basic communication and follow-up should be expected. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling ignored and disappointed. Because of this experience, I do not plan to bring my birds here again. Staff then assured me that I would receive a call the following morning from my Vet. I waited for 1.5 hours following morning for the call that never came. I called the office and was told she was seeing patients. I am beyond shocked that this is how the staff operates, Vets included. it is now 5 hours after I called, 3 times within 24 hours, and not one Vet has got back to me. Mind you my call was very important regarding my dog's active heart failure and cardiac cachexia. DR McCabe is heartless, ignorant, and downright rude. She has zero empathy, and her staff is the same. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I have another dog who is 3 and after this experience I am looking for a new Vet ASAP.

Upun looking at the credentials of one Dr educated over seas I realized that her veterinary education institution may no longer be recognized in the US.
