Dr. Albright is an excellent Dentist. I have been going to her for services for about a year now. I have seen improvements including resolved jaw pain and clicking when I used to open my mouth extra wide. She spends time, uses critical thinking, corrects if something isn't working and is very fair. The office is not handicap accessible unfortunately. I counted 20 steps outside. So you'll need to be able to walk up 2 flights to gain access to Dr. Albright and her awesome crew! Our entire family (2 adults and preteen kiddo) have been patients of Dr. Albright for many years. She and her staff are very caring and thoughtful. Dr Albright has a very gentle, kind manner. She and her entire staff truly care about their patients and it shows. I've been very happy with our quality of care we've received over the years from regular cleanings (spa day for my mouth), invisalign (yay! Straight teeth) to the very occasional cavity fillings. At a recent cavity filling appointment for my 11 year old, Dr Albright took the time to show my daughter the photos of her cavity, explained exactly what they were doing and answered all of her questions to help with her nervousness. Explaining as she was going along exactly what she might feel ("this might feel cold..") and what they were doing as they were working. Her explanations were all age appropriate, clear and straightforward. Also checking-in throughout to make sure she was alright during various points of the procedure. ("Doing ok still? Thumbs up?") Dr. Albright and her staff are just as great with children as they are with adults. My daughter was 5 when we first started taking her here and her level of care and ours has always been constant. Their office is on the 2nd floor of the building. Each room has huge windows that let in a ton of natural light and look out to the tops of maple trees and other trees the rooms feel open and more relaxing. They work with our various dental insurances over the years and the billing team has always been clear in helping in understanding what our out-of-pocket cost will be. Also, because this is a small office, calling in to speak with someone is a breeze and the receptionist team is fantastic and friendly. They have reasonable working hours, which means I often can schedule my daughter's appointments for after her school gets out. We're happy here and we hope that you will be too. read more

The dental hygienist was excellent she X -rayed, cleaned and flossed, my teeth without any pain, which for me was unusual, and they look great. She was also conscientious about listening to me about some roughness on my gums and taking time to examine it. She relayed her findings to Dr. Albright. Dr. Albright has always been very knowledgeable and takes care to resolve, and/or keep an eye on any problems. In fact, she recommended a specialist to take a look at the patch of roughness on my gums, which I thought wasn't a big deal. Also, I love the music they play ;-) read more

I went here one time 10 years ago, did not have a good experience, and have not been able to get them to stop contacting me by email or text ever since then. They found lots of tiny problems they wanted to charge me for that no other dentist has agreed with before or since then. I was looking for a dentist that could see me immediately because of a throbbing tooth ache. My previous dentist couldn't see me until two weeks later. So, I called my family to explain my current state, and they recommended Dr Albright. Within five minutes, I was in a conference call talking with Dr Albright, and she was able to see me early the next morning. I was so relieved to hear that a dentist I did not know was willing to care for me on such short notice. First of all, Dr Albright and the entire staff are kind and very competent professionals. On the day of my appointment I was greeted warmly by Dr Albright and her staff. I was treated with the utmost of care and compassion. I came to the office in a lot of pain, and I was very emotional. However, after the appointment I was no longer in pain, and my emotional state had improved significantly. At this time, I've had a few appointments and I've had a chance to meet most of the staff in Dr Albright's office. I can truly say that after every appointment I leave their office feeling better than when I arrived. I'm now feeling good about my dental health. The first thing about Dr Albright that I noticed was that she treated her staff with courtesy, she didn't interrupt them, over talk them and clearly showed she respected them Ask to her care, she was extremely thorough and careful I am terrified of dentists and consequently I have no upper teeth. She explained my options and what would be realistic . She even addressed my fantasies. She then gave me realistic options and sent me to her financial expert. She too was outstanding showed me my options discussed insurers and how that worked with her practice and even went so far as to ensure that I could get the necessary funding. Most importantly, Dr Albright also treated my 14-year-old granddaughter and explained some abnormalities about my granddaughters bite, molars and what her teeth told me about her overall health.
