Where do I begin? I first gave Wilson a call a couple weeks back about an estimate for bumper damage. He told me to stop by when I had the time so he could check it out. I visit and he immediately comes out to help me and gives me an honest estimate along with some advice, so I thank him and tell him I'll get back to him. I mull it over and then head back to have him take a look at additional work I might need done and again he helps me promptly to get an accurate estimate. This time though, he gave me some valuable advice and encouraged me to be smart with what repairs I choose to get and where I get them from. He was very honest and was advising me to consider all repairs, even though that could mean I decide not to get repairs from his shop, if at all. I call back Wilson and we come to an agreement for my repairs. I head over to bring my car to the shop Monday morning and his staff immediately begin getting to work as Wilson helps arrange for me to get home which was extremely kind. This morning I get a call that my car is done and, yet again, he helps me get to the shop and I lay eyes on my car that looks gorgeous. The repairs are exactly what I was hoping for and more; they were done promptly at a reasonable price and I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. Wilson is the exact person you'd want to work with as an owner of a bod shop, a businessman, and someone who cares for the community. I figured I'd spend the time to write this novel-sizes review because I am very grateful for how well the experience went and for how pleased I am with the work done. Was looking forward to having Sharp do some tailgate repairs on a truck of ours, and then a full restoration on a '65 Mustang. But after weeks of calls and emails not being returned, struggling to get quotes, them saying they ordered the tail gate, then me trying to get an answer on if the part arrived ... then they told me they were too busy to work on it. Wasted a lot of time on hoping this company would give me the service we first received with 3 earlier repairs a couple years back. IMPRESSIVE! They fixed my flimsy side skirts on my car, and they reinstalled them the right way. Mr. Wilson the owner was very insightful on the entire processes that his crew at his shop would have to go through to do it right. Since ordering parts for the proper installation of my car parts were going to take way too long, Mr. Wilson fabricated the parts himself for a faster turn around without sacrificing any quality. I've been meaning to write a review for a while I just keep forgetting but finally have some free time to write one this shop went above and beyond on my vehicle I drive a 2008 Acura TL and they fixed my rear bumper along with my front bumper. Minor dent and scratches but they did a great job making it look like NEW with no bondo ! And that's a major plus Kevin and his dad really went into detail on making it look like new ! I even had a small request to take off my Acura emblems and they took them off and made it look like they were never on the car. I had my BMW 545i and Tesla 2015 and Lincoln 2012 worked at Wilson's Sharp Auto Body and I am very impressed each time I get my car back. My BMW had a complete repaint job at a phenomal price. I had been living with a head sized dent (and paint scratched off) in the driver side door of my 2012 Hyundai for about 2 years - because I did not care. I decided to sell it though, and wanted to fix it for the new owner. I was selling it for $5K, and I allotted $500 for the repair. I got quotes for $3000 and $2500 from 2 bodyshops in garden grove, and I noticed Sharps as I was driving home from one of them. They quoted $300 and had it ready for me 24 hours later! It looked great - the other shops wanted to repaint the whole door, but Sharp's color matched it perfectly without having to repaint the door - very happy with the price and the end result. read more

So we've been taking all of our vehicles to Merrit for any auto body work that was required. Merrit took care of us and we consider him a friend. I recently had someone rear-end my Infiniti G35 so I phoned Merrit only to hear the news that the shop had changed ownership, nonetheless Merrit promised me the same excellent service and quality of work from the new owner 'Wilson'. Searching for a honest shop can be a daunting idea, the fear of not knowing weather or not your prized vehicle is under great care is similar to seeking out a new barber because your current melon tailor stopped cutting hair for whatever reason as an example (god forbid). I was greeted by Wilson upon arrival (not his employees, which is important to me) and he immediately made me feel right at home with his calm aura. He allows the customers to speak instead of shouting out how much training and experience he has, how 'good' of a job he can perform yada yada like so many other guys do in the automotive industry. During the whole process of completing the repairs along with a few additional repairs at my request, he never phoned me in attempt to 'sell' me something I didn't need. My vehicle was finished on-time as promised, nothing was rushed, therefore the quality of the job is clearly evident. He put a lot of TLC into my vehicle and I could not be more grateful, the vehicle came out immaculate, absolutely gorgeous.
