The scratch wasn't big but it was on the driver side so I would see it every time I went to the car, just taunting me!! I contacted Carlos and he said just to come on over when I get a chance. Now , it is about a 45 minute to an hour drive from my house, but out of all the AutoBody places that I've ever been to - I trust Carlos above all the other ones so that's why I don't mind making the drive. He's quite fair with pricing and he and his team are fast! Like crazy fast! Plus, he's a very friendly , chill guy AND he served our country so A++ all around! He went out of his way to touch up the bottom splitter and corrected dents when he didn't have to. I had an amazing first experience at Old Grove Auto. My husband and I went there after a minor car accident. We could not open/ close driver door. Before we even entered the ship, a kind and polite gentleman greeted us and inspected the car. He suggested we might need a hinge replacement but offered him try fix it with his special tool first to save us money. Carlos is the man!! I had a suspension issue and messed up my front bumper with the accident that happened, and Carlos was able to fix everything as if it never happened. The shop owner Carlos is a great guy who answered all the questions I had about the car repairs including the costs and time involved and he was communicative at every step of the process. The only thing to keep in mind is that it's a pretty small shop, so if you catch them at a busy time they may take a little while to finish the repairs.
