He explained everything in great detail and took a tour of the property. Once he was set, he spent a lot of time spraying pesticide and getting rid of spider webs. I then reached out to the owner and they followed up by sending me my bill, which I had forgotten to pay. I had told the owner that I would pay the bill but nonetheless, I didn't understand why bugs were in our home if this is the service that they provided. I was quickly given the runaround and different excuses. I'm a pretty reasonable person because I am also a small business owner, and in no way, am I trying to get out of paying a bill! I just want the work to be done correctly I told him. But I what I was hoping to be a simple conversation, ended up escalating quickly with the owner being unprofessional and said I'm going to Cancel you as a client keep your money! I was a bit shocked after he hung up on me while I was talking to him. It is not OK to treat your clients like this, especially in a time of need. But I guess that's how they do business. We'll definitely not recommend to anyone! Update after owner's reply: I don't mind paying for service and I told you this. But how am I supposed to pay for a service when it's not done correctly? I even offered to pay half! I just wanted the service to be done correctly. You followed by rudely giving excuse, excuses and talking over me. When I was trying to explain myself and trying to de-escalate the situation, you said you were going to cancel me, As you already did. And then you hung up on me! First of all it took them 5 times coming back to fix the ant problem in the house since the houses in my area are known for that. My previous pest control company it took 1 time! I have a cleaning lady that comes every 2 weeks I keep my house clean so that wasn't the issue. Second this guy jumped my $5k custom gate on the side a couple months ago which he admitted today and since then I have had issues with my gate. I realized he went to my home and literally was going to do it again because my neighbor called. This man is not small man he looks to be almost 300 pounds so all of that weight on my gate I am just in shock a company would even allow this!!! This guy had the audacity to call me and tell me his manager was at the dentist and he had to assist me! Yea right your boss needs to give me a call cancel my services and refund me! I am so over this company! Do no whatever you do /sign up with them! The crazy part is I had to step out of an office meeting to call Jeff and I couldn't remember the code to the gate which was already unlocked but he locked it when he attempted to put another code in the gate! So I told him you know what you need to come back another day! He responds oh well I guess we'll come back sometime in between the valley and here that sounds super convenient! He heard our concerns, and voiced his own opinion of what was going on. The service (treatment) was only outdoor, but next time it will be indoor as well. The value is unmatched as many other exterminators charge an arm and a leg each month for minimal service and everything above minimum, is an up charge! With the summer just around the corner you may want to look into getting bug baron for your exterminator or preventative needs. Had a cockroach infestation at a rental property I help manage after the previous tenants moved…read moreout. After putting out traps and bug bombing the home a few times, the roaches were determined to live! With new tenants moving in very soon, I basically had 2 days to find an exterminator and get a professional spray done! Through Yelp, I was able to find Eary Termine & Pest, and very easily book online for that very same afternoon! A contractor called me about 30 mins before they arrived at the home, did a quick inspection, and did a complete spray throughout the house. Shout out to Isaiah for your professionalism and speedy service! I also appreciate that Eary will come out in another 2 weeks for the first spray to make sure the pest problem is entirely taken care of. Super smooth and effective service from start to finish! Hopefully we don't see anymore creepy crawly cockroaches for the foreseeable future
